This has been a tough series of #Wordle answers lately - will it continue?

*** TODAY'S PUZZLE ***
ThePedallingPianist is quite quite mad. But also a genius. This 100%-rated 6x6 puzzle is both fascinating and incredible. A complete one-off from one of the most original minds in sudoku.

Play the puzzle at the link below:
https://sudokupad.app/eep49o4qx6

Rules:
Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply. (Place the digits 1 to 6, once each, in every row, column and region).
Yin Yang: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area, as do all unshaded cells, and no 2x2 area is entirely shaded or unshaded.
Counting Yin Yang: A digit in a shaded cell shows how many times that digit appears in shaded cells.
Quadruples: A digit in a circle must appear in the surrounding 4 cells. If a digit appears twice in a circle, it must appear twice in the surrounding 4 cells.

*** TODAY'S PUZZLE ***
Today we return to the world of zetamath whose puzzle, Zag, we somehow haven't featured yet. This is a VERY nice sudoku combining arrows and ten-lines in innovative ways. Two of the arrows in this puzzle would stand a chance of being on the podium in the Arrow Olympics!

Play the puzzle at the link below:
https://sudokupad.app/LJqq7g8d8d

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along the orange line must be broken into one or more contiguous groups of cells that each sum to ten. Such groups cannot overlap. Digits may repeat within such sums if allowed by other rules. For example, 513173 is a valid fill for a length 6 line, because it can be broken into 5131 and 73, each of which sum to 10. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle.

Bonus points for anyone who can name the tune in the introduction to today's video :)

Will #Wordle keep up its own recent streak of beastliness? (I mean: JERKY?, c'mon)

Here's where you can try Pseudo Cluedo by Marty Sears: https://sudokupad.app/el9sus7p0o
A murder has been committed in Grid Mansion! Dr Awkward has been found dead, and there are six suspects. Can you work out who did it? Normal sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 room.
FIND YOUR PATH:
• Draw a line passing through the centres of some cells to represent your journey from room to room, as you interrogate suspects and look for clues.
• Your path must start at one of the lettered cells (these are initials labelling the six suspects and the victim.) The path must finish at another lettered cell, and visit all the other lettered cells along the way.
• Your path may move orthogonally or diagonally between cells, but may not cross itself.
• You may not pass through a thick black wall; you can only get from room to room by travelling through the CENTRE of a doorway. For some doorways this may mean you have to go through diagonally.
• The value of digits along your path must constantly increase or stay the same (like a slow thermometer). You must never move from a higher value to a lower value.
PSEUDO CELLS:
• Every row, column and room has exactly one 'pseudo cell'. These 9 pseudo cells contain the digits 1-9 once each.• For the purposes of your path, and for the weapon, victim and suspect rules below, the value of a pseudo cell equals its room number (regardless of which digit appears in the cell.) Rooms are numbered from 1-9 in reading order. Eg: room 1 is in the top left, room 7 is in the bottom left.
WEAPONS:
• Some weapons have been found, at locations marked by an X. The values of the two cells separated by a weapon sum to 10.
THE VICTIM:
• Dr Awkward's body was found lying awkwardly in the doorway between rooms 4 and 7. This has been marked by a white outline. All that's known about the victim is that the values of his cells form a palindrome, reading the same from either end.
THE SUSPECTS:
• Digits do not repeat in a ..

Here's where you can play The Escherian Stairwell by Chris Savvides: https://app.crackingthecryptic.com/99NQnJp2FM
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the circled cell. In the two 'staircases' (denoted by dashed squares) each digit is followed by a larger digit in a clockwise direction, unless the digit is a 9, which is always followed by a 1.

*** TODAY'S PUZZLE ***
Happy Birthday Scojo. You have a lot of fans out there in the sudoku world who wanted to see us attempt the puzzle of which you are (we're told) most proud! It's called Chocolate Banana Sandwiches and it boasts a 100% rating on Logic Masters. And, yes, it's absolutely brilliant (and quite hard!)

Play the puzzle at the link below:
https://sudokupad.app/f2DNr9b4tb

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Shade some cells so that every orthogonally connected group of shaded cells is rectangular, and every orthogonally connected group of unshaded cells is non-rectangular. (For the avoidance of doubt, a square is a rectangle.) A digit in a circle represents the number of cells in its shaded or unshaded group. Clues above a column represent the sum of any SHADED cells between the 1 and 9 in that column. Clues to the left of a row represent the sum of any UNSHADED cells between the 1 and 9 in that row.

We should probably do more puzzles by the genius constructor KNT but, although they get recommended a lot, the recommendations always suggest that the videos may need to be in instalments such is the complexity involved!

Today though we attempt Exclusions - an 8x8 sudoku with hardly any rules. How can this possibly solve uniquely?

Play the puzzle at the link below:
https://sudokupad.app/3rr7h8xl3w

Rules:
Place the digits from 1 to 8 exactly once in every row, column, and region. Each region consists of eight orthogonally connected cells and must be located by the solver. A cell with an arrow (or arrows) indicates how many cells in the indicated directions combined do NOT belong to the same region as that cell.

Play the puzzle at the link below:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along a thermometer must increase from the bulb end. Purple “renban” lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order. Gold “nabner” lines contain a non-repeating set of digits, and no two digits on the same line can be consecutive (regardless of their position on the line). Along orange “entropic” lines, every set of three adjacent cells must contain one low digit (1-3), one middle digit (4-6), and one high digit (7-9). Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10. We have been alerted of a potential sudoku catastrophe. We've never featured a puzzle from by the constructor Meggen033 and it's something that some of you know we need to put right! So tonight we're trying their One-Fog-Nine sudoku - a 159 puzzle mixed with a little dose of fog! And it's a really nice debut (and fairly approachable we'd say!).

Play the puzzle at the link below:
https://sudokupad.app/wyqe8cjb01

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Each digit in column 1 indexes the 1 in its row (eg if R3C1=4 then 1 must appear in the fourth column of that row ie R3C4=1). The same rule applies to column 5 digits indexing 5 in its row, and column 9 digits indexing 9 in its row. The digits in a cage must sum to the small clue in the cage’s top left corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage. A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio (ie one digit is double the other). ALL BLACK DOTS ARE SHOWN. The grid is partially covered with fog. Correctly placed digits will clear the fog around that cell. No guessing is required.

A new constructor, Jolly Rogers, has created a really remarkable ruleset based around introducing more squares to the sudoku grid (there clearly aren't enough already!) The upshot is a sudoku that has several distinct parts to the solve - all of which are really interesting!

Play the puzzle at the link below:
https://sudokupad.app/7FngrT9ftq

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Divide the grid into non-overlapping square-shaped regions. The sum of a square's four corner cells must be divisible by the number of cells that square contains. E.g the sum of the corners for a 3x3 square must be divisible by 9. Every cell must belong to a square and a 1x1 square region is not valid. The cell containing a red circle cannot be a corner of any square region. Orthogonally adjacent cells separated by a square region border must have the same parity (odd or even). Square region borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum. Each line must be divided at least once.

Normal sudoku rules apply. All even digits in the grid except the even digits in the center box form a single, closed loop that moves orthogonally through the centers of cells, and does not branch, overlap, or touch itself (not even diagonally). A digit in a circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. Digits in a cage sum to the value in the top left corner. Digits in a thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
