Hi Booties, In this workout we will be using resistance bands and light weights. Donna a fitness trainer and a stroke survivor who is determined to lead an active life although she has to modify some activities, shows through her instruction and direction you just have to be moving. You can do cardio and toning any way that suits you as long as your using proper form. Donna is here to inspire people to "just do it!"
