Just a quick little walk through on day one of our zone 9b garden.
I'm a mother of three amazing boys. I left my office job as an accountant to raise my boys as a full time mom to give them the nurturing, time and devotion.
Since, I have really started doing what I wanted to do before accounting, which is health and wellness education. I became a certified nutritionist, and life coach.
I believe deeply in personal ecosystems, our bodies are designed to heal on our own.
We are not a vegan, keto, fasting, or strictly organic kinda family. We do lean more towards holistic, yes. But within reason. We make what we can from scratch, we listen to each other, and our bodies.
This channel is to help answer questions, give you insight to things you may have not thought of, subscribe to the channel and comment on videos you watch and we will learn new things together. .hugs.
