Are the Covid-19 drugs produced by Pfizer and Moderna GMOs or genetically modified organisms? An Australian Federal Court case has evidence to say they are GMOs.

Case File Number: VID510/2023

Dr. Julian Fidge v. Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd & Moderna Pty Ltd

Dr. Fidge is an Australian medical doctor and trained pharmacist. The case has been brought under the Australian Gene Technology Act 2000. Section 10 of Gene Technology Act defines what a Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) is.

First, an Organism is: ‘any biological entity’ ‘capable of transferring genetic material.’ The Pfizer and Moderna Covid products contain LNP-modRNA complexes. These complexes satisfy being called ‘any biological entity’ under the law.

The modRNA is genetic material

The Lipid Nanoparticles or LNPs encapsulate the modRNA and together bio-distribute and transfer the LNP-modRNA complexes throughout the human body. The LNPs then transfect and transfer the modRNA cargo across cell membranes to deliver the modRNA inside cells. By moving the modRNA about the body and then into cells, the LNP-modRNA complexes physically transfer genetic material after injection.

So the Organism part of the GMO definition is satisfied by the physical mode of transport of the LNP-modRNA complexes. The next part of the GMO legal definition is – a Genetically Modified Organism is: an organism that has been modified by gene technology. The Gene Technology part requires showing: any technique for the modification of genes or other genetic material.

Pfizer and Moderna admit they modify genes to create modified RNA or modRNA for their products. The MHRA, EMA, FDA, and TGA when approving the Covid-19 products recognised Pfizer and Moderna use modified nucleosides for the modRNA.

In the TGA Australian approval for Pfizer for example, the TGA notes:

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, BNT162b2 mRNA (tradename Comirnaty), comprises a nucleoside-modified messenger RNA (modRNA) encoding the viral spike glycoprotein (S) of SARS-CoV-2. Pfizer and Moderna create their modified nucleosides in the lab using recombinant techniques.

So the Gene Technology part of the GMO legal definition is also satisfied. This means the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 products satisfy the Australian legal definitions for being properly called GMOs. Under the Australian Gene Technology Act anyone who ‘deals’ with a GMO in Australia must be regulated under a GMO license.

Pfizer and Moderna failed to apply for GMO licences in Australia. Dealing with GMOs in Australia without a GMO licence is a serious criminal offense under Section 32 of the Gene Technology Act 2000. In fact the boss of Australia’s Office of the Gene Technology Regulator, or OGTR, recently admitted to an Australian Senate Committee that both the Pfizer and Moderna products are GMOs.

No Australian was told by the OGTR or the TGA that they were being asked to receive Genetically Modified Organisms or GMOs when getting a Covid-19 injection. This is not just an Australian GMO legal issue. In the United Kingdom Genetically Modified Organisms are dealt with under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and specifically Section 106 under Part VI.

The United Kingdom legal definitions for what is regarded as a GMO is almost identical to the Australian legal definitions we just looked at. Like in Australia, the United Kingdom requires new GMOs to be subjected to an extensive Risk Assessment. Even after an extensive Risk Assessment the United Kingdom Secretary of State still has to provide a Consent before a GMO can be introduced into the United Kingdom.

The MHRA knew United Kingdom GMO legal definitions applied to Pfizer and Moderna because it is their job to know and they have GMO experts. But both Pfizer and Moderna applied for marketing approvals under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 which exempted them from having to undergo a GMO Risk Assessment for their Covid-19 products.

And because of that exemption neither company had to mention on the Product Information that their products contain GMOs even though they satisfy the legal definitions.

Unions are supposed to protect their workers from the depredations of unfettered capitalism. Instead, they joined hands with the pharmaceutical industrial complex in the capture and control of the politicians in government.

Yet when the plandemic was created, and government and employer-driven vaccine mandates were handed down, unions folded, leading to the firings of thousands of workers.

And even today no one takes unions to task for neglecting this basic justification for their existence.

The United States dollar is backed by nothing and its fall will drag down the rest of the world, El Salvador’s Nayib Bukele has declared.

The U.S. economy is based on the “farce” of printing unlimited amounts of money, and Western civilization will collapse when that bubble “inevitably bursts,” Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele warned Americans.

Fresh from winning a second term in office with 84% of the vote, Bukele arrived at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Maryland to a hero’s welcome. Hailed by American right-wingers for his adoption of Bitcoin as legal tender and his iron-fisted crackdown on gang crime, Bukele closed his speech with a call for massive structural changes to the US economy.

Conservatives, he said, “always tell me that the problem is high taxes, but they are wrong.”

“The real problem is that you pay high taxes only to uphold the illusion that you are funding the government, which you are not,” he claimed, before describing how the government is financed by Treasury bonds, which are purchased by the Federal Reserve with printed money backed by the bonds themselves.

“The government is funded by money printing, paper backed by paper. A bubble that will inevitably burst,” he said, adding that “the situation is even worse than it seems, because if most Americans and the rest of the world were to become aware of this farce, confidence in your currency would be lost. The dollar will fall, and Western civilization with it.”

“If the next president of the U.S. does not make the necessary policies and structural changes, sooner or later that bubble will burst,” he concluded. “It will take a total re-engineering of the government from top to bottom.”

Gold backing of the dollar was removed in 1971 when President Richard Nixon reneged on the Bretton Woods system set up after World War II that provided for convertibility of the dollar into gold at a fixed rate. The U.S.’ national debt has since exploded, soaring from $232 billion in 1971 to $34 trillion at the beginning of this year.

When Your Rulers Ignore Voters But Are Terrified Of Protesters, That Tells You Something

When nobody in power will lift a finger to earn your vote but they're falling all over themselves trying to stomp out a robust protest movement, that tells you what the powerful are actually afraid of and where you should really be focusing your political energy.

Politico reports that the DNC is planning to move the Chicago convention partially online in order to “tamp down demonstrators” against Biden’s genocide in Gaza. The Democratic Party’s apathy toward this election is almost as blatant as its support for police crackdowns on political dissent.

When nobody in power will lift a finger to earn your vote but they’re falling all over themselves trying to stomp out a robust protest movement, that tells you what the powerful are actually afraid of and where you should really be focusing your political energy.

Your votes don’t matter, but your activism does. These freaks are terrified that one day the people will stop playing with the toy steering wheel of voting that they were given to divert their political energy and use the power of their numbers to grab the real steering wheel.

Retired Major General Albert N. Stubblebine became the biggest name to disagree with the official version of events a few years ago.

General Stubblebine: I am Major General Albert Stubblebine. I am retired Army Major-General. In my last assignment — my last command — I was responsible for all of the Army’s strategic intelligence forces around the world. I had responsibility for the Signals Intelligence, Photo Intelligence, Counter Intelligence, Human Intelligence. They all belonged to me, in my last assignment.

On September 11 2001, two planes ploughed into New York City’s Twin Towers and another jumbo jet smashed into the Pentagon – the headquarters of the US Department of Defense. Well Major General Stubblebine didn't believe half of it. The top brass, who was US Army’s Intelligence and Security Command from 1981 to 1984, went on the record to say that he believed his country’s government was lying.

In an interview, the ex-top military brass, 86, said he carefully examined the partly-destroyed Pentagon in the aftermath of the attack and changed his mind about what happened. He said: “I was so ingrained in my belief system that I could not believe – literally could not believe – that anybody but an Arab terrorist could do something like that.

“And then one day I saw a picture – it was a photograph of the Pentagon and the hole in the Pentagon. “And I looked at it again and I said, ‘something’s wrong, something’s wrong with this picture’.” He claimed that the more he studied it, he realised something didn’t quite add up in his head.

Major General Stubblebine said that after investigation – including measuring the impact site with the size of the jet – it couldn’t have been a plane that hit. Instead, he concluded it was a missile that smashed in the landmark, citing “evidence” that the remnants of a turbine from a rocket were left in the impact zone. He said in the same interview that images that allegedly back up his incredible claims were swiftly removed from the internet and replaced with doctored pictures.

Since he went public with his theory, he added that he supported the much-debated idea that the Twin Towers were brought down in a controlled demolition. Just last year, a number of engineers came forward to say they supported the conspiracy that a fire could not have caused the buildings to collapse.

Major General Stubblebine’s shocking claims have re-emerged online in the same week an ex-Navy boss said a timeline of the September 11th attacks should be taught to kids in school.Lord West of Spithead said educators should tell youngsters what happened 15 years ago because of the sheer number of “worrying” conspiracies online. He told The Times: “Anyone under 19 will have no memory of the September 11 attacks. They will know about it only if they’ve gone online and looked at websites, or been taught about it.

“There are theories saying the US did it and I find this really worrying. Lots of people online are actively blaming everything in Iraq and Syria on the West.”

Major General Albert "Bert" Newton Stubblebine III, who has died on his 87th birthday, February 6, 2017, was head of US Army Intelligence in the early 1980s; he was nicknamed “spoonbender” for his belief in the use of psychic and telepathic powers in warfare that was later evoked in Grant Heslov’s film The Men Who Stare at Goats (2009), starring George Clooney as a Special Forces operative who trains “psychic spies.”

Holocaust Survivor Tells Student Anti-Genocide Protesters: 'Just Keep Doing It'

As Keir Starmer, British politician and barrister, and Leader of the Labour Party, rolls out the red carpet for immigrant-bashing Tory defector Natalie Elphicke, spare a thought for Stephen Kapos.

This Jewish Holocaust survivor was driven out of the Labour Party by Keir Starmer to placate Zionist supporters of genocide.

"There is a question of historical responsibility towards injustice, genocide, and fascism," said Stephen Kapos. "If you are indifferent, if you do not take a stand, you acquire a degree of guilt."

A Holocaust survivor opposed to Israel's war on Gaza on Wednesday told U.S. student protesters they're on the right side of history, and that the global wave of demonstrations against the slaughter and starvation of Palestinians will soon force Western leaders to face up to their complicity in genocide.

Stephen Kapos, 86, was 7 years old in 1944 when he was separated from his family during the Nazi extermination of Jews in his native Hungary. Most of his family was murdered in the Holocaust but Kapos survived and moved to the United Kingdom after the 1956 Soviet invasion of Hungary.

Kapos is part of a small group of Shoah survivors and their descendants who "demonstrate disagreement with the use of the Holocaust experience as a cover by the Zionists and the state of Israel." They attend protests wearing signs around their necks reading, "This Holocaust Survivor Says Stop the Genocide in Gaza!"

"As a Holocaust survivor, my message to the brave student protesters in America is just keep doing it. Don't give up," Kapos said in a video published by Double Down News. "We are doing exactly the same, and in the long term we are going to prevail."

Kapos' comments came amid a growing wave of pro-Palestine student protests, many of them Jewish-led, on dozens of U.S. university and college campuses in response to Israel's U.S.-backed war on Gaza, which the International Court of Justice in January found "plausibly" genocidal and which many Israeli and international experts say is undoubtedly a genocide.

According to Gazan and international officials, more than 122,000 Palestinians have been killed or maimed during 202 days of near-relentless Israeli attacks. This figure includes around 11,000 people who are missing and presumed dead and buried beneath the rubble of hundreds of thousands of bombed-out buildings. Around 90% of Gaza's 2.3 million people have been forcibly displaced. Starvation and dehydration caused by Israel's bombardment and blockade of Gaza are killing children and other vulnerable people.

Instead of condemning Israeli leaders, the Biden administration has lavished them with billions of dollars in U.S. military aid while providing diplomatic cover for Israeli crimes and blocking recognition of Palestinian statehood at the United Nations.

As the suffering in Gaza continues, U.S. students have set up encampments or staged other forms of protest, some of which have been brutally repressed by police, who have also attacked and arrested journalists and bystanders.

George Carlin - Religion is Bullshit

George Carlin (born May 12, 1937, New York, N.Y., U.S. - died June 22, 2008, Santa Monica, Calif.) was an American comedian whose “Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television” routine led to a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that gave the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) the right to determine when to censor radio and TV broadcasts.

Carlin began working in the late 1950s as a wisecracking radio disc jockey and low-key stand-up comedian known for such whimsical routines as “Wonderful WINO” and the “Hippy Dippy Weatherman.” Beginning in the 1970s, however, he transformed himself into a provocative and incisive anti-establishment comic icon. Carlin was most closely identified with the monologue “Seven Words You Can Never Say on Television,” in which he satirically analyzed the use and misuse of seven of the raunchiest obscenities in the English language. Carlin was arrested in 1972 for performing the monologue onstage, but a judge dismissed the case. In 1973 New York City radio station WBAI-FM triggered a lawsuit by the FCC after it aired a recorded version of the routine called “Filthy Words.” The landmark “Carlin case” was finally settled in 1978 by the U.S. Supreme Court: in a 5–4 ruling, it gave the FCC the ability to censor offensive content in radio and TV broadcasts.

Carlin released more than 20 comedy albums and starred in 14 HBO television specials. As an actor, he usually played a character inspired by his own comic persona (as in the short-lived situation comedy The George Carlin Show [1994]), with the notable exception of his stint in the 1990s as the amiable narrator (and onscreen host, Mr. Conductor) of the children’s programs Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends and Shining Time Station. Carlin was honored with the American Comedy Awards’ Lifetime Achievement Award (2001) and the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor (2008). In 2004 the cable television network Comedy Central ranked Carlin second on its list of the “100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time,” behind African American actor-comedian Richard Pryor and just ahead of the legendary Lenny Bruce. His final HBO special, It’s Bad for Ya, aired just months before his death, and it won the Grammy Award for best comedy album in 2009. His memoir, Last Words, was published later that year.

AstraZeneca ADMITS Vaccine Causes Deadly Blood Clots

AstraZeneca has admitted in court for the first time that its Covid vaccine can cause a deadly blood clotting side effect.

The exceedingly rare reaction is at the heart of a multi million-pound class action by dozens of families who allege they, or their loved ones, were maimed or killed by the pharmaceutical titan’s ‘defective’ vaccine.

Cambridge-based AstraZeneca, which is contesting the claims, acknowledged in a legal document submitted to the High Court in February that its vaccine ‘can, in very rare cases, cause TTS’.

TTS is short for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome – a medical condition where a person suffers blood clots along with a low platelet count. Platelets typically help the blood to clot.

The complication – listed as a potential side effect of the jab – has previously been called vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT).

AstraZeneca’s admission could lead to pay-outs on a case-by-case basis.

Although accepted as a potential side effect for two years, it marks the first time the company has admitted in court that its jab can cause the condition, The Telegraph reports.

Taxpayers will foot the bill of any potential settlement because of an indemnity deal AstraZeneca struck with the Government in the darkest days of Covid to get the jabs produced as quickly as possible while the country was paralyzed by lockdowns.

U.S. Empire Managers Explain Why This New Protest Movement Scares Them

Don’t let anyone tell you your protests don’t make a difference or your dissident speech poses no threat to the powerful. If what you’re doing wasn’t working, empire managers wouldn’t be losing their minds right now.

The US secretary of state and a Bilderberg surveillance tech oligarch have both made some very interesting admissions about the burgeoning protest movement against the U.S. backed slaughter in Gaza and the problems it poses for the empire they help run.

During a vitriolic rant about university demonstrators at the Ash Carter Exchange on Innovation and National Security on Tuesday, Palantir CEO Alex Karp came right out and said that if those on the side of the protesters win the debate on this issue, the west will lose the ability to wage wars.

For those who don’t know, Palantir is a CIA-backed surveillance and data mining tech company with intimate ties to both the U.S. intelligence cartel and to Israel, playing a crucial role in both the U.S. empire’s sprawling surveillance network and Israeli atrocities against Palestinians.

Karp is a billionaire who sits on the Steering Committee of the Bilderberg Group and regularly features at the World Economic Forum and other platforms of plutocratic empire management.
