Inner Child Guided Sleep Meditation W/Music | Jelelle Awen

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Jelelle Awen offers a relaxing guided meditation to clear your energy field/chakras, and heart space. You create a bridge in your heart space to feel your Inner Child and connect with Divine love and light.

The mediation then fades to just music for the next 90 minutes to allow a complete relaxation and collapse into theta/delta states of sleepiness.
