Morning workouts are not working out. Gonna have to change things up. Getting up before 5 a.m. is impossible for me.

It's been too long since I did an update, but I wasn't exactly working out. I was being bad and turning off my alarm.
Had to change my start time, diet, etc. It's been hard!
I'm repeating a few days and a week of Insanity in order to get back on track. Started a job that requires me to be there at 9 a.m. so I have to work out SUPER early and I'm just glad I got up and got through it today. I'm sitting at 192 pounds (down 26 from September) and am hoping to see more loss this coming week, especially because I've resumed Insanity after watching my life fall apart and my new job has me on my feet so much. I'm at 191 pounds and am hoping to be back on Insanity tomorrow after I finish cleaning the living room. Am a bit sick due to low caloric intake as a result of a severe case of depression. Trying to turn things around and change up my diet.

It's Day 30 and I haven't quite returned to Insanity yet. Still seeing weight loss. Still getting into smaller clothing.
Working on getting the boxes from the living room into my art room so I can go back to working out tomorrow.

Pretty depressed and haven't been able to workout because of boxes. I've been focusing on getting everything packed so I can leave as soon as possible and that means boxes all over the living room. Hoping to fix that today so I can get back to working out tomorrow and pick up on week 3 of Insanity.

Down to 191 pounds.

Week Three of Insanity! I missed a day due to being in the hospital but I got right back at it on Monday and went strong for Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. Was running on very little sleep and I'm quite exhausted. But I'm seeing results!

Depressed and miserable. Got some horrible news yesterday and my life is going to go downhill pretty quick. Did the workout anyways. Running on maybe 2 hours of sleep.

Today is day 18 of doing Insanity by Beachbody in order to try to drop 47 pounds before my trip to Tokyo in March of next year. Today was Cardio Recovery which is a whole lot of stretching and plank work. It used to kill me. It doesn't anymore. Getting stronger every day and starting to see visual results.

I'm trying to drop 47 pounds before March 2020 for a trip we're taking to Tokyo, Japan. In order to this, I'm eating better and doing the Insanity by Beachbody workout program which is exhausting. Today marks day 17 of the program which is Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. I was having pain in my left knee yesterday so I took it a bit easy today on the jumps.

Feeling like a complete failure today because I couldn't go as hard as I usually do due to some pain in my left knee. Today was the plyometric cardio circuit as a part of Beachbody's Insanity program. It's kicking my butt!

The goal is to lose 47 pounds before I go to Japan in March 2020. I've modified my diet some more as well.

Today was day 15, the second Fit Test and I'm talking about my first and second Fit Test results. I saw huge improvements!

This marks the end of my second week on Insanity. I have many more weeks to go still but I'm halfway through the first phase!

Clothes are starting to fit differently and I can tell I'm getting stronger. Just about done with week two. Terrified of tomorrow's workout.

Today was the mid-week recovery which is a bunch of balancing and slow muscle work. Tired, but positive. Getting a lot done!

I'm on my 10th day today and I'm completely exhausted from doing the Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I had a ton of hurdles in my way today and last night but I still got through it and avoided some easy outs. Very proud.

Today I'm down to 196 pounds from the 197 I started at last week. I'm also still down 1 pant size (from a 17/18 to a 15/16).

This is the end of my 1st week on Insanity. Today was Pure Cardio which is a warm up, stretching, and then like 20 minutes of suffering.
I haven't seen any noticeable weight loss. However, I did drop from my size 17/18 pants into my old 15/16's which I haven't been able to wear in over two years. This is mostly due to the dieting and exercise that I had been doing (jogging + P90 which is also by Beachbody).

The Giant River Otters at the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens in Jacksonville, FL had babies! Five of them!

You can see the dad, Buddy, herding his pups around even though he's blind. Several times, Buddy has to fetch his pups out of the water in spite of them wanting to swim. In the background, you can hear birds squawking since the otter area is inside an aviary, however, the high pitched squeaks are the otters chirping.
