Japanese style teriyaki chicken & steak with fried rice, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, broccoli and yum yum white sauce. Cooked all this on the Camp Chef FTG 900 Flat top griddle.

How to make the Japanese White Yum Yum Sauce

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Dash cayenne pepper

Steps
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend together all ingredients with a fork or whisk. Mix until ingredients are well combined and sauce is smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend (this step is important). Bring to room temperature before serving.
