You only get the Cursed Ring accessory before Mideel gets destroyed, either with Tifa or Cid as the party leader by finding a beat up old key and telling the truth in the weapons shop. The other cursed Ring is stolen from Ultimate WEAPON when it attacks Mideel though it flies away pretty quickly.
The Cursed Ring increases the stats on the wearer but puts Death Sentence status as well, which can be countered with chained Odin - Added Effect Materia.

The Contain Materia is can be gotten from the white Chocobo at anytime, as long as you have Mimett Greens and scratch it behind the ears.

The title song from the 1985 British film directed by Terry Gilliam and written by Gilliam, Charles McKeown and Tom Stoppard. Ary Barroso’s 1939 song ‘Aquarela Do Brasil’ (‘Watercolor Of Brazil’, often simply ‘Brazil’) in a version specifically performed by Geoff Muldaur is the leitmotif of the movie, although other background music is also used.

Michael Kamen, who scored the film, originally recorded ‘Brazil’ with vocals by Kate Bush. This recording was not included in the actual film or the original soundtrack release; however, it has been subsequently released on re-pressings of the soundtrack.

Geoff and then-wife, Maria Muldaur recorded their first album, “Pottery Pie,” on Warner Bros. Records in 1969. After recording “Pottery Pie,” the Muldaurs moved to the burgeoning folk, blues and folk-rock in Woodstock, New York. They separated in 1972, shortly after Geoff joined Paul Butterfield’s Better Days group.

This song was also featured in the opening of Project Brazil, the original build of the Fallout New California mod.
