Boat simulation show what maybe could have happened with a total loss of power on the ship in Baltimore, if it was in San Francisco. It managed to turn out of the harbor, line up with the bridge pillar... And THEN loose power. A series of 'unfortunate' events. Now they are saying it happened because the mayor is 'diverse'. Brilliant. The boat was left wing. If it had have been far right would have just made it under.
