Cricut Crafting Tips for Applying Vinyl Decals to Ornaments

This video has my best tips for Cricut crafts that use vinyl decals like holiday ornaments!

- Use and Offset around the design to make it easier to weed the vinyl
- Weed the offset first
- Use good quality products like StarCraft vinyl and Transfer Tape, which you can get at https://mycraftsource.com/?partner=210776

- Burnish the design from both the front and the back
- Peel the backing off the design. I like to kind of roll the backing sheet off.
- Burnish the design to the ornament. This is easier when you are applying to a flat surface like the wood slice ornaments I used in this video.
- Peel the transfer tape off, and use the same rolling back method we used to remove the backing sheet.

That is it! There is NO NEED to seal permanate vinyl! Just do not touch it and allow it to cure.
