✔︎ You will need:

• bowls

✅ Ingredients:
• chicken breast – 7 oz | 200 g
• canned pineapple – 5 oz | 150 g
• chinese cabbage – 7 oz | 200 g
• cooking oil – 2 tbsp.
• classic soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
• salt – ½ tsp.
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp.
✅ Dressing:
• greek yogurt – 3 tbsp.
• ¼ lemon juice
• dijon mustard – 1 tsp.
• salt – ¼ tsp.
📙Preparation:
1. Remove the tendons of chicken breast– holding with a fork, pull out tendons, having gripped with a paper towel.
2. Cut the breast lengthwise into three parts, salt and pepper on both sides, pour with soy sauce spreading the marinade evenly on the fillet. Leave on the board for 2-5 minutes.
3. Make the salad dressing. In a small bowl combine 3 tbsp of greek yogurt, ¼ lemon juice, 1 tsp of dijon mustard and ¼ tsp of salt.
