Bay Area, early 80’s. I met a guy named Michael Vianni. He was a songwriter/producer that had a song he wanted me to sing called, “Angel In Disguise.” It was my very first time in a recording studio. Sausalito back then was full of art, music, food, and magic. I was a very young and ambitious singer with hopes and dreams. He gave my dreams a chance. I moved back home to Hawaii and lost track of him but in my frequent travels, I saw him again. He told me his real name...Craig Ingraham. He explained that he was going through a few things back then and was happy to report he was himself again. We have been in touch ever since and he has cheered on my singing career the whole time. I am blessed to have known him and to be the one to sing this amazing song. May it sing in the ethers and the annals of time forever letting generations know Craig Ingraham left his star here. Come to find out, he wrote it about himself. But it might as well have been about me, or you, or any other angel who was running around in disguise. Let this beautiful production sing to you. Aloha
