I’ve got a friend who was driving home late at night and got pulled over. He was completely sober and obeying all traffic laws. He asked the cop why he pulled him over, and the cop said, “I’m not sure yet, the computer read your license plate and told me to. I’ll have the information in a minute or two.” Turns out his insurance expired and the license plate reader on a smart streetlight picked it up. This is how things are now. Total Police state.
