I started studying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and in this video I relate it to Abraham's teachings, and talk about de-programming our own mind (being born again) and seeing things through God's perspective. In this video I have many other past videos that I mention or that are related, so check out those videos below for more information.
When I say that "bad" things are actually "very good" I am not saying the initial events are not bad (as in we shouldn't do what we consider bad to others), but what I am saying is that God can help us transmute those past negative situations into something way better for our future. Any abuse helps make someone stronger when they allow themselves to be transformed, as I did. If we continue to see ourselves as victims we victimize ourselves because the law of attraction will keep showing us situations in which we're victims. We all have the capability to see ourselves as victors and no longer see ourselves as victims. That's up to us and no one else. When we take responsibility for our thought patterns and start changing the way we think about our past, we become truly free to be who we want to be.

I don't know why his videos are gone, but I thought this was important, and I was linking to it, so I put it up here.
There are many verses in the bible that seem to suggest we should have a fear of YHWH. Notice that they’re always in a positive light.
Proverbs 1:5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: 6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. 7 The fear of YHWH is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
There are many more verses that say we are to “fear not.” So many that some might even say it’s a contradiction to tell us to not be afraid but, at the same time, to be afraid of YHWH. However the word for fear does not have the same connotation in Hebrew as it does in English.

The vibrational dissonance between you and your inner-being (higher self, source, god, etc) is felt as negative emotions such as anger, fear, worry, or doubt, etc. When you feel the same way about something as your inner-being (higher self, source, god, etc) then there is no vibrational dissonance and you feel positive emotions such as happiness, peace, love, joy, excitement, etc. To get rid of your doubt that good things are coming to you, first, realize that if you feel doubt, it means your inner being KNOWS it's coming to you and the only reason you feel bad is because you're not on the same page as your inner being. Secondly, you can reprogram your brain to think less pessimistically, and more optimistically. Thirdly, you can spend time thinking about things that you hold no resistance to, like blue glass, butterflies and feathers... Abraham is asked to review the 5 steps of creation and says, "It's not like going back over it, it's like discussing it from our new current now vantage point." Abraham explains the first 5 and introduces the 6th step.

Step 1 Exploring contrast and from it coming to personal preferences.
Step 2 Your inner being receives your rockets of desires and your inner being focuses upon it, and law of attraction responds to that powerful point of focus, so all cooperative components are being attracted to your inner being's point of focus on your behalf. You received what you asked for vibrationally.
Step 3 Most continue to look at what is already manifested and block what they've desired. In Step 3 you move into the direction of your desire by releasing resistance to it (by ignoring "what is" currently and focusing on being appreciative in the present, optimistic for the future, and finally feeling as if you already have what you desired in the first place)
Step 4 is being so aware of this process, that once you discover step 3 and you like the sweet taste of alignment that you begin to focus because of the way you want to feel on a steadier more consistent, chronic basis until you've mastered within yourself an awareness and desire to feel that. Step 4 is just really being good at step 3 so that it's just your second nature.

He wonders how someone who takes no action could possibly receive money. After his question, Abraham responds, "Well, the flawed premises that you just spewed are abundant..." and seeks to go line by line and explain how relaxing and getting into the right vibration through focus is not "doing nothing" and it is much more valuable than forcing action from an out-of-alignment state.

In this video I discuss Jesus entering the temple and freeing the sacrifices and also how the pharisees are reaching heaven after prostitutes and tax collectors. Those who repent of a lot of sin, understand mercy more than those who repent of a little sin and focus on others. The more people focus on other people and their sins, the less they can focus on their own sin. Christ tells us to judge ourselves before others. I also discuss how those who judge others are usually coming from a more prideful than merciful/humble state.

The law of attraction is often simplified to "you get what you think about whether you like it or not." and oftentimes separated from religion. In this video Gregg Braden who has researched the early followers of Christ, the Essenes, speaks about the belief that this world is a reflection of who we are in order to purify us. He doesn't focus on the purification part too much but more describes the various ways in which the people of the world reflect back to us what we need to work on, or what's going right with us. The implication is clear that if you don't like seeing certain things in other people, working on yourself, and seeing these as opportunities to learn more about yourself, will help clean up your individual world.
