The identity and status of the “strangers” in the Bible CANNOT be interpreted by assumption or by a universal application of one definition. We need to determine which word is being used — and the context in which it is used — in order to determine the person’s identity and relationship to Israel.

There are a good handful of different words used for stranger.
Some are verbs and mean to dwell. The others are nouns.
It is important to know the differences between the meanings of each word.
Some strangers are kinsman, some are referring to estranged kinsman.
Some strangers are not kinsman, meaning alien, foreign, of another race.
Some strangers are those Israelites not of the seed of Aaron or of the Levites.

Yahweh is clear that He wants His people separate from the other races. Unfortunately, the KJperVersion generalizes words, as if on purpose to hide the truth and to support universalism, in an EXCLUSIVE Holy book!
