After a pretty horrible experience with an undercooked burger I got to thinking... can a burger kill you? This lead me to research the risks/statistics of eating undercooked meats and why people choose to eat them. Hey guys, today we're making a "cleaner" version of The in/famous #tacobell CrunchWrap Supreme. This version doesn't skimp on the flavour and way less grease than you're used to! Most of the ingredients are easy enough to find and it only requires 30mins or so to prepare - Faster than if you ordered it for #delivery !
The quality of these wraps I made here are on another level compared to the fast food version. These are FULLLL of the meat sauce and stay even crunchier because they're not sitting around under a heat lamp or sweating away in a bag. Lots of #cheese is added too and is essential for sealing the crimps/folds in the wrap (maybe a little of patience too... ).

A great mid-week meal to please friends and family alike (or to eat it all solo - no judgement). These beef nachos are cooking on auto-pilot, stress free and simple enough to make from start to finish. All that is required is some basic chopping. frying and patience.

Feel free to customise your toppings or spice levels to your liking. The real hero of the dish is the beef. Initially fried to develop colour and flavour, it then is stewed with other vegetables and spices for 5-6 hours - this will break down any chewy bits and will blend all the different flavours into a thicccc broth that pairs well with any carb choice. In this video I used nachos, but it goes great with rice or potatoes too!

In this video we go over a delicious and full-flavoured recipe of Jerk chicken, the Caribbean marinade and style of cooking. As noted in the video, for this to be authentic i would have to involve smoke of some sort but did not have it available to me at the time of filming. The chicken came out so bright and zesty from the lime and ginger but at the same time sweet and spicy from the sugar and chilies. The flavour really is very well rounded and I recommend it to all.
The rice is super simple and you could even pair it with something other than jerk chicken. Give it a go and tell me what you think in the comments.

In this video we create fresh French-style pancakes/crepes and a delicious apple filling to pair with them. The pancakes don't require many ingredients to prepare and are super easy to cook, you only need a lil' finesse with the flipping ;) The apples need a bit more attention but are well worth it. I recommend consuming the dish with your favourite type of bacon for a salty kick!

I've been a bit busy with other commitments hence the serious lack in uploads but find myself again with a bit more free time. I have got 2 more videos in the works that I will upload in the next two weeks. Thanks for checking in. :)

One of the best things Mexico shared with the world is it's cuisine. Today we are making Huevos Rancheros a healthy and straightforward breakfast or lunch. Vegetarian too! The recipe is fairly accessible to beginners and a great balanced meal. There is a great textural combination in this dish between the crunchy tortillas and the soft eggs and salsa. The flavour is super interesting as the vegetables for the salsa are charred so a smokey or caramelised component is imparted into the flavour profile. Highly recommended! This dish originally hails from Venezuela and is súper delicious, most people will be unfamiliar with working with cornmeal but it has similar properties to regular bread flour. The cooking process is fairly simple but requires diligent supervision so as not to burn anything. The filling is fantastically fresh and really bright in both colours and flavours. I highly recommend giving this recipe a go. It's a long one with some little edits here and there, grab your favourite snack and a juice box before watching! :p

Sorry for the long ass break in uploads I've been super busy with work but have some free time coming up at the end of May so you can expect me to spend more time on the channel. :)

In this video I create a super easy dish consisting of *5* ingredients that is easily replicable and hard to mess up - but still packing loads of flavour.
This is great student food and I used to make it all the time in Uni/ College.
If you wanted to make it super lazily you could even cook the whole thing in one pot, starting the frying and then adding water and pasta to move on to the boiling but I think two pots is more simple. The dish is a great mix of veg, protein and carbs and you can sub the meat out for vegan sausages if you want to make the dish vegan friendly, I recommend Linda McCartney sausages (not sponsored), they just mimic the texture well.

In this video I quickly go over how to 'cook' fish without the use of heat. Using acid and salt we can cure the fish, denaturing proteins and therefore making it SAFE and EDIBLE. This dish is super zesty, fresh and crisp all in one. Its great eaten on a hot day when you don't fancy using heat. Most of the ingredients are easy to source and can be subbed out for other suitable or similar options. Of all my videos this is probably one of the easiest. I really hope you give the one a try especially if you are bored of 'quarantine cooking'.

In this video we take fairly boring and everyday staples of lentils and sweet potato and infuse them with BIG flavour! 10+ spices are used in this mouthwatering dish and they promise to excite the palate 👅 . Have no fear as its not a 'blow-your-head-off' spicy dish and has more of a warm and tickley heat instead of just pain. Along with the rice and Paneer cheese it mellows out on the tongue and will satisfy even a meat-eater.
Also, I go over some of the technical aspects of the cooking to truly maximise the potential of the various spices.

In this video I give my best attempt at re-creating a Central American classic, Gallo Pinto or Spotted Rooster is a combination of rice n' beans with other funky flavours to make your mouth water. The dish is normally served with cheese, meat, sour cream and plantain. I chose to leave the meat out this time but feel free to add it if you want! Everything in the dish is fried so its fairly low-skilled in terms of cooking competency and even if you're not confident you should give it a go!
