Ginger, Cherry and Lime? This is a an interesting mashup. Running 6.0 for the ABV, 0 IBUs and the SRM is a beautiful Candy Apple/Cherry Red of 20. She has a nice nose and interesting flavor progression but the finish killed this for me. She went to the brothers who couldn't here.

A very nice, surprisingly good cider. Running 6.5 for the ABV with 0 IBUs as expected in a cider, the SRM is best guessed as a beautiful crystal clear 4.
This is a cidery that I'll be keeping an eye out for. Some interesting takes on their webpage are leading me to believe they're going for cutting edge craftsmanship. We'll see but we know I love the experimentals.

Running 6% for the ABV, 50 for the IBUs and the SRM/EBC is listed as 75. She is a nice and interesting brew. Well crafted and balanced they put some work into this winter warmer/ holiday season fest brew. I did find her to be more interesting in the 50 degree range but that's just me.

I was asked about this before, might as well make a vid of it. This works for me, been using it for years. That being said I'm not diabetic and in relatively good health. Once the fruit is removed ( figure about 24 hours) she'll last in the fridge for a while. Interweb says anywhere from 2 months to 1 year but I dont keep it that long. She goes pretty fast since I use it daily.
Evaluate how it works for you and adjust accordingly.

This is an interesting brew. She is The ABV is 13.2, she is WTL (within tolerance levels) at 33 for the IBUs and they give us an EBC of 58 (I gave her a 66 by my eye Lovibond)

Running 5.7 for the ABV 15 for the IBUs and an SRM best guessed at 6.
