All you have to do is watch some of their self-published videos to see that these are incredibly biased organizations. Ask your school administrators if they are using any SEL curriculum or student surveys in your school. They might not call it SEL. Our district just changed the name to CCSD Cares because the term SEL was “too charged.”

You can opt your kids out, but please take time to familiarize yourself with these concepts, and think about talking with your kids about them. Even if your kids aren’t being directly exposed to these things, the vast majority of their peers are - and it’s normalizing a lot of concepts in our culture by programming them into k-12 school students.

Good lawyering may not be cheap, but for a public agency like Wilson County Schools, a sweetheart deal giving its longtime law firm a four-year, no-bid contract is a cost too great to bear. The Wilson County Board of Education voted 4-3 on Monday to sign a new retainer agreement with Raleigh-based Schwartz & Shaw.....Wilson County Schools’ tab for 2019-20 exceeded $455,000, prompting Breen to question whether the work should be outsourced at all.

Here we are in month 25, of a two week flatten the curve, and you, Superintendent Farrelly and Board of Education, still refuse to provide parents and other stakeholders with basic information.

So here’s what we know: We know both the board and administration have not been truthful or transparent about the strings attached to ESSER funding. We know that the ESSER funds that Dare County schools are receiving run through September 2023. We know that Superintendent Farrelly has been the signatory on contracts to accept these funds. We also know he has violated a primary requirement by not soliciting public input to revisit and revise the plan every six months, as the American Rescue Plan requires.

What we don’t know is the laundry list of assurances you’ve agreed to with the state of North Carolina to receive your 5.2 million dollars.

So, let’s try this again. We the people are entitled to this information.

NC Gen Stat § 4-1 Common Law Declared to be in Force: All such parts of the common law as were heretofore in force and use within this State, or so much of the common law as is not destructive of, or repugnant to, or inconsistent with, the freedom and independence of this State and the form of government therein established, and which has not been otherwise provided for in whole or in part, not abrogated, repealed, or become obsolete, are hereby declared to be in full force within this State.

By enforcing and mandating mask requirements, advertising vaccine clinics, and encouraging vaccination, you and your school board have violated the common law of the State of North Carolina. Nowhere is it written in this law that you or your school board members have the authority to create your own mask mandate requirements, act as medical professionals for our children’s health, and advertise/encourage vaccination that injects potentially dangerous, experimental toxins into our children that may cause life threatening, irreversible injuries and possible death.

NC Gen Stat § 14-190.1 Obscene literature and exhibitions: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to intentionally disseminate obscenity. A person, firm or corporation disseminates obscenity within the meaning of this Article if he or it: The average person applying contemporary community standards relating to the depiction or description of sexual matters would find that the material taken as a whole appeals to the prurient interest in sex; and the material as used is not protected or privileged under the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of North Carolina.

You are in violation of the obscene literature and exhibition law of the State of North Carolina. Multiple school libraries in the Dare County Public School System contain books with obscene images and/or language. These books are available to minors. This has been brought to your attention at school board meetings and via email. A thorough sweep of school libraries to remove this content has not commenced. We are aware of over 40 questionable titles. As parents, we demand that our children are not exposed to obscene literature of any kind.

Our tax dollars are not intended to be used to purchase obscene books. These books do not have any educational value nor do they support the values we strive to instill in our children. They do not belong in the Dare County Schools libraries, classrooms or in virtual apps on the Dare County Schools computers.

NC Gen Stat § 14-190.8 Dissemination to minors under the age of 13 years: Every person 18 years of age or older who knowingly disseminates to any minor under the age of 13 years any material which he knows or reasonably should know to be obscene within the meaning of G.S. 14-190.1 shall be punished as a Class I felon.

You, along with your school board members, public school librarians, principals and teachers, are allowing obscene material onto school premises. The parents of this school district have raised concern that harmful books are available in the public schools of which your board governs. By failing to remove all such content from the libraries, you are subject to the potential of a Class I felony.

NC Gen Stat § 14-190.14 Displaying material harmful to minors: Offense. - A person commits the offense of displaying material that is harmful to minors if, having custody, control, or supervision of a commercial establishment and knowing the character or content of the material, he displays material that is harmful to minors at that establishment so that it is open to view by minors as part of the invited general public. Material is not considered displayed under this section if the material is placed behind "blinder racks" that cover the lower two thirds of the material, is wrapped, is placed behind the counter, or is otherwise covered or located so that the portion that is harmful to minors is not open to the view of minors.

(b) Punishment. - Violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. Each day's violation of this section is a separate offense.

Hey Dare County, did you know that Health and Human Services Director Sheila Davies signed a contract that agrees to potentially assist the US government in implementing forced quarantine and isolation? 


By signing the Division of Public Health Agreement Addendums FY 21-22 on August 18 and 24, 2021, Davies accepted $115,000 in exchange for agreeing to enforce federal government quarantine directives. 


North Carolina General Statute 14-228, titled “Buying and Selling Offices” begins with “If any person shall bargain away or sell an office, or deputation of an office, or any part or parcel thereof, or shall take money”…and ends with “the person so offending in any of the cases aforesaid shall be guilty of a Class I felony.”


The CDC document entitled “ELC Reopening Schools: Support for Screening Testing to Reopen and Keep Schools Operating Safely” shows that grant money received through the American Rescue Plan comes with certain strings attached. The first is compliance “with existing and/or future directives and guidance from the Secretary regarding control of the spread of Covid 19.” Another stipulation is assistance of “the United States Government in the implementation and enforcement of federal orders related to quarantine and isolation.”


The signed contracts were obtained through FOIA requests. Also obtained were spreadsheets that indicate the ARP grant money received by Dare County Department of Health and Human Services through this ELC program.

It would seem that Davies has relinquished local authority and control of the management of Covid19. Can you see how the quiet signing of these contracts could potentially lead to a situation like in Australia, where people are being forced into Covid 19 quarantine camps against their will?



We have filed a criminal complaint against Davies. It was served on January 20, 2022, to District Attorney Andrew Womble, State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) Special Agent in Charge Masha Rogers, Sheriff Doug Doughtie, Clerk of Court Dean Tolson, and County Manager Bobby Outen.
We will put an end to this lawlessness in our country…and in our county.

So, we keep hearing this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. Even our own local media pushes this narrative. In a recent OBX Voice article, the vaccinated are defined as “those
who’ve received 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of the J&J vaccine.” This is not completely accurate. In fact, the CDC definition of fully vaccinated is those who are 2 weeks beyond their final dose. For clarity, let’s dig into some examples...
-Jack gets his 1st Moderna vaccine and dies a week later from an unfortunate adverse reaction. Peter is classified by health officials as an unvaxxed Covid death. (1 dose)
-Jill gets her 2nd Pfizer vaccine and 13 days later tests positive. Her case is reported to the local health department and recorded as an unvaxxed Covid case. (less than 2 weeks post final dose)
This is flagrant data manipulation. Some might call it fraud.
Does it strike you as odd that citizens are being offered free donuts, lottery $, burgers,
marijuana and beer for vaccine compliance? In the name of “public health”?
Does it seem outrageous that the PCR tests we relied upon for 2 years have now been pulled
by the FDA/CDC for failure to differentiate between Covid and flu? The flu didn’t magically disappear last year.
Does it seem suspect that the quarantine metrics keep changing in an increasingly
bizarre manner? The current toolkit rewards vaccine compliance. The fully
vaxxed and boosted have no quarantine imposed despite their ability to both contract and
spread virus.
Is it not curious that the FDA/CDC wish to wait 75 years to release data related to their vaccine
studies?
There is something truly ugly at play here folks. If you still don’t understand the bigger plan
please research Agenda 21, the Great Reset, or Rockefeller’s Operation Lockstep. This has
NEVER been about a virus. Wake up!
Yet, this board continues to actively participate in the fraud and violate established law. MLK Jr.
once said “to ignore evil is to become accomplice to it.” And accomplices you currently are...
Under 21 code of federal regulations section 50.23 and 24 it is illegal to coerce a citizen to
participate in an experiment. This is how the Nuremberg Code was folded into our federal law. I will remind you that masks and currently available vaccines are all EUA, experimental devices. Furthermore, under 18 US Code section 2331 it is illegal to coerce a population. This is a felony that carries a 99 year prison term. Forced masking to obtain a public education is coercion.
The longer this lawlessness continues, the more votes that are recorded on the permanent record, the more emails that are collected, the more affidavits of discrimination and coercion are compiled, the stronger a class action lawsuit becomes. This board is lawless. It is beyond time to find the courage to stand, lead and follow established law. Because you will, ultimately, be held accountable.
