This will also allow the Government to arrest anyone suspected of being a terrorist, but the term "Terrorist" is defined by a person who is against the government or against the Government's Agenda, so basically this can involve anyone even the countries very own citizens, they can be arrested by the same laws they have passed, it doesn't even matter if u have committed a crime only on suspicion gives them the right to arrest you, and u will not be given a trial and will remain in an indefinite detention center for the rest of your life.
