A rambling video revisiting the "get home bag" that resides in my wife's car. What survival supplies do you have in your daily driver? Watch for Part 2

Another stage from this months two gun match, just for funs

How long do you have to run a shooting match before you get a stage named after you?

This is not meant to replace practice, and certainly not professional training. I want to discuss dressings in general and compare two of the most common types seen. Product Link https://amzn.to/2Zhkb0U

The importance of training, even though you might not be able to afford much ammo. Always be training.

We discuss different types of first aid kits, the everyday "booboo kit," the standard Improved First Aid Kit (IFAK,) and the Blow Out/Stop the Bleed Kit. Product Link https://amzn.to/3ihDeB1

Just a fun day shooting MGs after a day training at the range. Did a measurable test between magdump accuracy and controlled bursts.

A well thought out camping box is an important part of preps. Teach your family to be prepared to spend time away from the comforts of home.

I'm coming up with more easy to store, easy to prep meals. This time it's three bean soup with rice, all prepared on a home made stove.

I've reached a point where I feel I need to talk to new subscribers. Watch the video, read our website and please feel free to interact.

The USGI Triangular Bandage (crevatt) is an incredibly useful piece of gear. Maybe the single most useful trauma first aid item, and it's not just taking up space while waiting till someone gets shot.

Buy one here, it's cheap.

An experiment eating nine year old rice, just to show how easy it is to get in to food preps (1/4 of the world gets the majority of its calories from rice) sure it can be stored in mylar, but you don't have to.

Mylar bags plus oxygen absorbents are one of the most popular long term food storage methods in the prepper world. Here I discuss storing some ready made meals using this method. Truly sorry for all the “uhm”

Using the food I have dehydrated in a "field environment." I had some video of me dehydrating apples, but thought it was a bit to boring.

We had another video in the cue, but recent events pushed this one up. In the USA we are really lucky to have such abundant water, but what if it wasn't there? Have a water plan, here are some of the things we do.

We've been concentrating on the "tactical" aspects of citizen soldiery lately, but remember you're going to be eating way more than your going to be shooting. Start getting ready for it now. Here is one cheap and easy option for preparing food off the grid.

I discuss the advantages and methods of using the 22 Rimfire Round for training to be a better practical shooter.

Standards: A skill level you must maintain. If you have achieved some level of proficiency in practical shooting it is a good idea to develop 2-3 drills that you revisit from time to time (2-3 times per year?) to measure your growth and make sure you are not going downhill. They should encompass a variety of pressures. I like full kit, a little physical exertion and transitions between weapons. They are best if measured multiple times, so that you know you can reliably and consistently deliver performance.

One of the most important life saving tools you can have on hand, but next to useless if you don't practice with it. If you would like to support the channel and website please check out our Amazon Store- http://everycitizenasoldier.org/shopping-list.html
