My rear door has needed a new sweep on it for a while, and I finally got around to building one out of scrap materials I had laying around.
This video should honestly be titled dirt digging, rather than firepit building, as I don't actually have any video of the firepit being built. Must have forgotten to film that.
My yard was graded quite poorly when I bought the house, and the sidewalk was a big part of the problem. I could have paid to get it mud jacked, but being cheap I chose to tear it out instead.

I don't plan on spending much time in my server closet, but due to the fact that I do store components and cables in there I thought it would be a good idea to set up a lighting system that turns the lights on when the door is opened and off when it is shut.
I'm finishing the hotel, might need to get a bit of better lighting going on someplace, but for right now everything is fine.

No kitchen is complete without a little under cabinet lighting. I've had a strip of LEDs sitting around since I bought the house and have just needed the time to get them installed.
