Some of my Russell Green River Works knifemaking projects from the past resurfaced. I bought them from Jantz Supply sometime in the late 2000s. An earlier knife in this picture was made from a kit in the mid-1980s, and I have been using it ever since! Highest quality products!
Make your own laundry soap easy!
You'll need one bar Fels-Naptha soap; one cup Super Washing Soda; one cup Borax.
Grate the Fels-Naptha into a tall cooking pot, add four cups of water, put pot on medium heat and stir contents until liquefied. Approx. Ten minutes. Pour liquid into a five gallon bucket, add Super Washing Soda and Borax, stirring until liquified. Fill the bucket to near the top with hot water, place cover on bucket, let stand overnight.
Remove bucket lid, stir contents until liquified again... and that's it! You've just made your own laundry soap easy! Now, pour soap into containers for your use and share this knowledge with your friends and family. Save lot$ of money and keep our bodies and our water free of dangerous chemicals!
Note: as the soap sits, it will settle, so you will need stir or shake the soap until it is mixed well each time you use it.

Note: throughout the picture I call the revolver an 'SP100'... there is no such thing. As I was speaking in the picture, I got the name of another choice of revolver, the Ruger SP101, all mixed in with the GP100 I demonstrated and my speech came out all wrong. To clarify: this revolver is Sturm Ruger & Co.'s GP100 Model 1715 .357 Magnum... and it is awesome!
