This is a quick demo of our opensource 3D printed orbital shaker used for agitating fluids in closed vessels without the need to open and stir them.

The point behind this project and other DIYbio equipment we produce is to give ordinary people, DIYbio hackers, and underfunded labs a starting point when creating their own cheap, fully customized lab equipment.
Biotech is powerful with deep implications for our future. The more people who understand and are involved in it, the better able the majority of us can leverage it for our own best interests. Like computer literacy is essential today, digital design and biotech literacy will be essential in the near future.
