12 months of cover-ups – For over 12 months, the Georgia Secretary of State and Fulton County have consistently prevented Georgians from inspecting ballots from the Nov. 2020 election or taking server image copies to forensic analysis.

11,000 suspect ballots – Sworn affidavits from senior poll managers and audit monitors state that there are counterfeit ballots in the Fulton County election results that could scale into the tens of thousands.

10 million bucks wasted annually – Georgia counties must pay about $10 million annually extra for maintenance, testing, licensing and logistics of Georgia’s new voting system in addition to the $107 million initially spent by the state.

9-page junked-up court brief – The Georgia SOS and Attorney General filed an Amicus brief with information identified as shown to be false in an attempt to prevent disenfranchised voters from inspecting Fulton County ballots believed to be counterfeit.

850 false tallied Biden votes – Falsified tally sheets with a total of 850-0 votes for Joe Biden were found in the Fulton County audit.

70 counties trashed their election files – 70 Georgia counties admitted that they did not have all their original ballot images from the Nov. 2020 election or failed to comply with an Open Records Request to produce them.

60% audit error rates – The total votes by batch for the actual Fulton County ballot images do not match their reported audit results in 60% of the batches.

5,000 duplicate scans – There are roughly 6,600 duplicate ballots reported in the Fulton County audit results.

4 fired whistle blowers – Two senior poll managers and two elections directors who all found serious evidence of election fraud, or irregularities were terminated or forced to resign.

300 unsafe drop boxes – Roughly 380 drop boxes were disproportionally installed around the state in select counties and filled with hundreds of thousands of ballots that did not have proper chain of custody forms.

2 million lost ballot images – Roughly 1.78 million original ballot images from the Nov. 2020 election are missing from Georgia counties.

A voting system that poops on Georgia law – A U.S. District Court found on Oct. 11, 2020, that Georgia’s new voting system violates two Georgia code sections, but it was used in the Nov. 2020 election anyway.

Hello, Georgia! Good afternoon. My name is Garland Favorito. I am a retired, career IT professional.

Fifteen years ago, I founded VoterGA as a volunteer. I do not take a salary. VoterGA stands for Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results. 15 years ago, we learned we have to have trusted election results.

VoterGA is a non-partisan, non-profit leader in the election integrity movement. Donations are tax-deductible. Today, I want to tell you how your money is being spent.

On Dec. 23, 2020, we organized the Fulton Co. ballot inspection lawsuit—Show Us the Ballots! Some of the media back there has been saying ever since the election that there’s no evidence of election fraud—not all of them—some of them are friendly—give ’em a break.

Let me give you the evidence. We have 4 senior poll managers who swore in affidavits that they handled counterfeit ballots in Fulton County’s hand count audit in the 14th & 15th of Nov. One said that the counterfeit ballots could scale into the tens of thousands.

You also have the State Farm Arena video—there are at least 4 election-related violations on that video. The affidavits were made public on Nov. 16 of last year, and the video was made public on Dec. 3.

No matter what the media has said for the last 7–8 months, that is prima facia evidence of election fraud—and the judge last week on Sept. 20th agreed with us that that is rock-solid evidence and he’s gonna move forward.

But they gave us a week or two when we had a delay, so on Aug. 24th, VoterGA sued the State of Georgia to permanently ban the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 System!

Georgia law requires an elector-verifiable ballot and human-readable text. This system—if you vote in person—accumulates votes in a QR code that you—the voter—cannot verify or read.

The U.S. District Court ruled that the voting system violates Georgia law, but they haven’t provided any relief yet, so we’re going into Superior Court and say: Give us the relief. The relief is to get this system out of Georgia.

In addition to the lawsuits, we took some legislative action last year and we got ballot images to be made public permanently. Now you’ll be able to get the ballot images from your county anytime and compare them. That was another major accomplishment we had for Senate Bill 202.

We have a team of volunteers here. Look for folks who have VoterGA shirts, VoterGA hats. Talk to them about getting involved. We need you in this movement. If we had a tenth of the folks here, we could really get that audit done next week in Georgia.

I want y’all to sign up. I know you’re committed. Text electionintegrity to 404-777-0067 or go to VoterGA.org/volunteer. You can even get on our weekly calls.

We need to restore election integrity in Georgia. If we can’t find out what happened in Nov.—we’re not gonna have a legitimate election in 2022.

I want to thank President Donald Trump for giving me an opportunity today to speak to you as a non-partisan organization.

God bless and thank you!

VOTERGA and PHILIP SINGLETON
v.
STATE OF GEORGIA

Case No. 2021CV353604

VoterGA Files Suit to Ban Illegal Dominion Voting System.

Voting System Already Declared in Violation of Georgia Law.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA — August 24, 2021 — VoterGA today announced joining with State House Representative Philip Singleton in a legal petition against the State of Georgia to ban Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system. The voting system has already been declared in violation of Georgia law by the U.S. District Court of Northern Georgia [Pg. 81-82].

Georgia law requires a voting system to “print an elector verifiable paper ballot;” and “...produce paper ballots which are marked with the elector’s choices in a format readable by the elector.” After reviewing extensive evidence in the Curling v. Raffensperger case, Judge Amy Totenberg concluded: “Plaintiffs and other voters who wish to vote in-person are required to vote on a system that does none of those things.” [O.C.G.A. § 21-2-2(7.1); O.C.G.A. § 21-2-300(a)(2)]

Petition Seeks Temporary and Permanent Injunctions

The petition seeks temporary and permanent injunctions against the state’s use of the new voting system on grounds that its unverifiability to the voter makes it illegal. The Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 system uses a touchscreen Ballot Marking Device (BMD) to print voter selections with a QR [Quick Response] code on a sheet of paper. The scanners ignore the printed voter selections and read the QR code to determine candidates selected and to tabulate election results. The QR code is not human readable, even with a QR code reader and is thus illegal under Georgia law.

Attorney Todd Harding of Maddox and Harding filed the petition in Fulton County Superior Court. Harding is also representing VoterGA petitioners in the Fulton County Ballot Inspection lawsuit. Details of both cases can be found on the VoterGA.org Legal tab.

Petition Highlights

The petition contends that recommendations provided by VoterGA to the Secure, Accurate, Fair Election Commission (SAFE) warned that any new system must tabulate human readable vote marks that can be verified by the voter. It also contends that VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito and Madison Forum President Michael Opitz warned Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger about the unverifiability of QR coded voting systems like the Democracy Suite when he was a runoff candidate in 2018. Raffensperger did not heed the warnings and purchased the new Dominion system for over $100 million in 2019.
