The first workout in the 30 Day Abs and Oblique Challenge. This video concentrates on the Cardio aspect of the abs. The point of the 30 Day Challenge is to get moving everyday for 13 Minutes. There are 3 videos in this series all concentrating on different aspects of the Ab and Oblique areas. Each Box represents 1 day of exercise then move onto the next color, the next day, then the next until you have completed the Challenge over 30 days.
