In Vedic myths, Lord Vishnu creates all the universes from a sound, like a mantra, or in other words, a song. In this track, I recite a very old, powerfully healing Vedic mantra, called the Freight Train Mantra, because it carries so many goodies in its 'wagons' that follow each other, one after the other.

There’s a lot of nonsense talked about whether someone in the West can call themselves a shaman, because ‘shaman’ is a Siberian word and we’re not Siberians.

The truth is, we are shamans.

We do the exact same interdimensional healing work as the Siberian shamans of old, and if we are white-skinned Caucasians, then we actually descend from those nomadic deer herders of Siberia and the Russia steppes beyond the Caucasus mountains.

We experience the same mystical heat as all authentic shamans do. This "fire in the head" or halo is a very clear litmus test that differentiates the shaman from all other kinds of mind-body-spirit healers.

And so in this video I explain more about how you can recognise a real shaman, and then go on to explain what a shaman is and how they can help you.

In this video I explain how the origins of the festival of Easter go back as far as the most ancient dragon lore, which existed long before Christianity.

Those dragon teachings in themselves make up a deep esoteric metaphor for the knowledge of how to bring the heavens down to the Earth.

Once I’ve explained how all that works, I will go on to tell you about how we use that knowledge, here in Avalon, to celebrate Easter – or Oestre, as we call it, after the ancient goddess of Spring.

So what do I mean by bringing the Heavens down to the Earth? Well, it’s quite simple. In modern terms, we can compare it to installing inside us a new router with a high speed internet connection to the gods.

The shamanic knowledge of the technology for this is buried deep in the cognitive permaculture of all of us humans on the planet. We only can’t recognise it because it has been concreted over by the dogmas of innumerable religions over more than a thousand years.

But here in Avalon, some of us have been taking a sledgehammer to that concrete.

The motif of the Dragon and the World Tree is found in the oldest stories that were written by our ancestors in the stars, and that have come down to us today as myths.

The purpose of those myths was to teach us universal truths through metaphors describing alchemical processes that support the spiritual evolution of life, based on a blueprint of astrology and sacred geometry.

Those myths were not composed to preserve for us the history of the human race. But over time, the priests and scribes of various conquering kings and emperors have cobbled together those myths to give us a false backstory.

That’s why I always say that the only difference between history and mythology is that myths are true.

In this video, I read the opening chapter in the first book in my trilogy,The Glastonbury Chronicles, which is entitled The Dragon Whisperer's Son.

In this video, I talk about my shamanic and magical experiences of the god Mercury, who it seems, is always there, waiting to guide my footsteps.

His presence in my life has been so all-encompassing for so long now, that I feel a bit like an ant who's been given the job of describing Mount Everest, and I have a horror of damning him with faint praise.

But one thing I know for sure is that Mercury always inspires my pen and my voice. He is the smith to my wordsmith. He is the key to my keyboard. He is the wright to my playwright. If he wasn't, I would be playing wrong...and clueless.

In all ancient wisdom stories, no matter how far back in time you go, Mercury comes to help the mythological hero in the form of the boatman or ferryman or navigator.

He is the psychopomp, the mediator between the humans in this world and the gods in the Other Worlds. He ferries the mythological hero down into the Underworld - the subconscious mind - where he meets the gods who present him with his own Shadow during the Dark Night of the Soul.

In this video you'll learn how we can benefit ourselves from the Marriage of the Sun and the Moon in our own bodies and in our own relationships. In recent videos, I’ve been explaining how this alchemical marriage is vital for growth and fertility, and that it is found in every aspect of Nature from the smallest atom to the most gigantic galaxy.

So you will know that alchemical working of the Marriage of the Sun and the Moon is vital for the successful continuance of the human race, and for all life on Earth. Well, don’t worry … it is never going to stop.

But what can be a problem for us – in the here and now – is when we are deliberately left in ignorance about how it works, so that we are prevented from using what Mother Nature uses to make her empire blossom and bloom, blossom and bloom in our lives.

It is literally the life-giving amrit or soma of divine love that makes the world go round, while it’s opposite – if we should choose to follow that path – poisons the ground into a sort of arid wilderness or desert in which human beings find it difficult to thrive.

These teachings on the elixir of life – or Mysteries as they have been referred to for thousands of years – have always been known about by the wise ones, the mages and sages, or the Grailkeepers if you like, whose role it is to protect the holy grail of this knowledge and seed it into people’s hearts through the arts.

The comings and goings on the world stage of different kings and princes with differing ideas on how to govern, have meant that the Grailkeepers have had to conceal the Mysteries of this elixir of life in nursery stories or songs or plays.. such as the works of Shakespeare, penned not by one brilliant but otherwise ordinary and unremarkable man from Stratford, but by a group of Rosicrucian playwrights who shrouded these Mystery Teachings in their plays for those who had the eyes to see.

The underlying message is most obvious, to me anyway, in their fairy romp, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. You may remember it … the Sun, the fairy king Oberon, has fallen out with the Moon, the fairy Queen Titania…This rupture between them was turning the Earth into a virtual wasteland. And so it takes the trickster antics of Puck, aka Mercury, to bring reunite them and for Nature to thrive again.

The bare bones of that plotline perfectly describe the seven-stepped alchemical processes that lead to the Marriage of the Sun and the Moon and the birth of the Child of Philosopher, otherwise known as the Philosopher’s Stone.

This is part of a series about how wishing upon a star really can make your dreams come true.

Of course, that’s a simplistic and poetic way of illustrating the effects of engaging with your own hero’s or heroine's alchemical journey to full enlightenment, with the help of the gods and goddesses who govern the seven planets. We have already discussed, in previous videos, how as human beings we are constantly shadow boxing with those planetary forces, even when we are asleep.

So following on from the videos on the Sun and the Moon, this one is about the planetary force of Mars and about how that shadow boxing relationship can help us to find our courage, heal our inner shadows and speed our spiritual evolution.

You probably know that the shamans of old drew stories in the stars of the night skies, to leave us messages about the qualities and characteristics of each of these gods.These stories have come down to us as myths, which all follow the same blueprint of the mythological hero who journeys around the rim of the wheel of the constellations of the zodiac, and who gets help from the planetary governors - otherwise known as gods and goddesses - along the way.

But these stories were not composed just to benefit those who lived in the past... because in essence, no matter how much technological progress we make, the human condition and what the heart needs to grow never changes.

And so today, these myths are still being recycled for our benefit in the movie theatres and on Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime.All the best Rom-Coms, the ones that smash box office records anyway, are actually based on the part of the hero’s journey which is the great love story between Venus and Mars.

Anyway, here I break down those hidden meanings as they are found in The Notebook, whose hero is Noah, and who starts off his journey as a young, undeveloped Mars in relentless pursuit of a seemingly unattainable and unviable relationship, in the long term anyway, with the beautiful Ali.

I also throw in a few tales from other much older heroes, to show you how the more things change, the more they stay the same.I'm hoping then that you'll be able use The Notebook as a Rosetta Stone to help you recognise the traits of Mars and also how to interact with him at the various stages of your journey around the rim of the wheel.

It’s not often remarked upon, but the practise of shamanism over many years gives us a sort of advanced pattern recognition. I don’t why it is...whether it’s something to do with journeying through different worlds...But I’ve found that I’ve ended up with a zoomed-out view of the history of humanity on this planet, and one thing I’ve learned from that is that the battle being waged against us now by those wanting to bring in transhumanism has ever been thus ... and by the same sorts of people.

In this video I show how, going back thousands of years before Christianity, there is plenty of evidence for the teachings by shamans on the value of DNA, and the importance of protecting it. I believe it was why shamanism was eventually driven underground, and why indigenous tribes who managed to retain their shamans into the 20th century were pushed off their lands.

I also explain how I believe that there are now small signs of a turn ... that we are winning this war against our DNA. The narrative that supported their war machine is imploding in on them as, in time-honoured fashion, and as Sun Tzu once said: “the enemy provides the means of its own defeat.”

In this video, I explain about some powerful shamanic techniques that would be effective for healing Narcissistic Personality Disorder, otherwise known as NPD.

It's widely believed by psychotherapists that Narcissistic Personality Disorder cannot be cured. Well, it cannot be cured by them... which is not quite the same thing. It needs a deeper kind of healing - one that reaches much further down into the subsconscious mind where the problem was originally formed, while in the pre-verbal state, than a talking therapy ever could.

You probably remember that song from Disney’s 1940 animated classic about a naughty wooden puppet, Pinocchio.

And you may assume that wishing upon a star is just a quaint childhood fantasy with no substance. But it is in fact completely true… that when you wish upon a star, your dreams really do come true.

The song’s lyrics are a simplified way of describing a cosmological process that the alchemists of old knew all about.

They would not go ahead with any of the seven steps of the process to create the Philosopher’s Stone until the right planet was in the right place to receive their prayers.

The original meaning of the word “laboratory” is derived from the Latin term, ora et labora, or place of “prayer and work”.

That was before the so-called scientists of the woefully-misnamed Age of Enlightenment threw out the baby with the bathwater in jettisoning spirit from matter.

Knowing which star to wish on, and when, was considered by the Mystery Schools to be key to the successful completion of the alchemical journey of the spirit in a human body here on Earth, so that we can evolve into the Philosopher’s Stone… the stone that turns all it touches into gold.
