Rule #4 – The Zekman Test. The undercover investigations we pursue are judged by us to be of “vital public interest” and “profound importance.” The Zekman Test is our baseline. Undercover investigative reporting is necessary because, “...there’s no other way to get the story...” Whereas the Society of Professional Journalists allows for undercover techniques, if undercover techniques are necessary to expose issues of vital public importance; we believe they are not only allowed but required.
Rule #5 – We Protect the Innocent When Possible - Embarrassing private details are not to be investigated. We stay away from irrelevant embarrassingly intimate details about private citizens personal lives. We look for individual wrong-doing and judge its public importance. The irrelevant religious or sexual dispositions of our targets are not to be investigated.
Rule #6 – Transparency. Our methods & tactics must be reasonable and defensible. We use the “Twelve Jurors on Our Shoulder” rule. The work has to be done with such a degree of integrity that it can withstand scrutiny in both law & ethics. We are comfortable with transparency. Rule #7 – Verifying and Corroborate Stories – Evaluate impact on third parties and Newsworthiness of Statements Alone.We consistently consider the probable truth or falsity of statements, examine any reasons to doubt the veracity of underlying assertions and whether the assertions are newsworthy. When possible, we will confirm with our subjects that their statements captured on video are accurate & truthful. At the very least, we will give our subjects an opportunity to elaborate and/or respond. In all matters, we rely on the 1st Amendment to protect our ability to publish newsworthy items after our internal deliberations. On whether there is an obligation to ensure the veracity of statements made on video, 1.) consider whether the remarks may potentially impact an innocent third party. (Factors in support of releasing the content) and 2.)The Newsworthiness of the statement alone by itself. (Factors against releasing the content).
Rule #8 – Raw Video. In certain circumstances we may release the “raw” video to the press and or the public. But as a rule, we do not.
Rule #9 – Subject Anonymity. We investigate & question sources before promising anonymity. Once we confirm, we will do everything in our power to protect the identity of our confidential sources.

John 'Nada' (Roddy Pipper), the main character whose name is never spoken out, gets several flashbacks emphasizing the horrors of the police state which all are confronting. A few nice little surprises and some new audio & visual special effects support the original footage without changing the unique character of this epic cinema gem.
Instead of 'marry and reproduce' the famous billboard which Nada sees through the Hoffman-Sunglasses reads 'random sex only, destroy relationship, no family'.

Doutor em Medicina e Cirurgia pela Universidade Livre de Bruxelas (ULB). Especialista em Cirurgia Geral e Urologia – especialidades realizadas na Bélgica. Exerceu Medicina em Bruxelas e Portimão como Cirurgião Geral e Urologista entre 1978 e 2000. Foi Assistente de Anatomia na ULB entre 1978 e 1985 e Diretor Clínico do Hospital Particular do Algarve entre 1996 e 1997.
Professor Catedrático convidado da Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa desde novembro de 2017, Doutor Honoris Causa pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa, Professor da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa, regente da cátedra "Medicina Humanitária", e Académico Correspondente da Academia Internacional de Cultura Portuguesa.
Foi administrador dos Médicos Sem Fronteiras - Bélgica e fundou, em 1984, em Portugal, a AMI – Assistência Médica Internacional, à qual preside. Participou como cirurgião em mais de duzentas e cinquenta missões de estudo, coordenação e assistência médica humanitária em mais de setenta países de todos os continentes. Já conheceu mais de 160 países.
Foi candidato independente a Presidente da República, tendo obtido o resultado de 14,1%, nas Eleições Presidenciais de janeiro de 2011; candidato independente e cabeça-de-lista pelo círculo de Lisboa, pelo PSD, nas Eleições Legislativas em junho de 2011; candidato proposto pelo Grupo Parlamentar do PSD, a Presidente da Assembleia da República (não eleito); e deputado à Assembleia da República - integrando, como independente, o Grupo Parlamentar do PSD - na XII Legislatura, de 20 de Junho a 1 de Julho de 2011.
