The first public hearing of “Bhartiya Janta Ki Maha Adalat” will be held on 16th to 17th of September, 2023 at Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on both the days.
"भारतीय जनता की महा अदालत" की पहली सार्वजनिक सुनवाई 16 से 17 सितंबर, 2023 को दिल्ली के महाराष्ट्र सदन में दोपहर 1:00 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे तक दोनों दिन होगी.
In this public hearing three pivotal cases will be addressed and resolved. The three cases are:
(a) Sushant Singh Rajput & Disha Salian Murder Case: This case is regarding the serious lapse and dereliction of duty by the officials of CBI in a serious case of murder, gang rape, child trafficking, etc.,
(b) Sahara Company case: This issue is regarding: –
(i) Refund of 13 crore investors money with compensation;
(ii) Complete justice with 12 lakh Sahara employees &
(iii) Prosecution of former Chief Justice of India Shri. J. S Khehar and SEBI officials who acted unlawfully and who are responsible for loss of life more than 300 investors who committed suicide.
(c) Chief Minister Kalikho Pul’s suicide case exposing corruption in judiciary: Immediate registration of FIR and action on the basis of suicide note of the Arunachal Pradesh’s Chief Minister Sh. Kalikho Pul, where serious charges of Corruptions are made against former Chief Justice of India J.S.Khehar, Adv. Kapil Sibbal & others.

The interviewee is the father of 16-year old Asha Koge who lived in Pempura village of Khargone district, Madhya Pradesh.
Asha Koge was a healthy young girl who exceled in her studies and regularly participated in school's cultural activities. Unfortunately, on 3rd January 2022 (the first day of vaccination for 15-18 year olds in India) she was given the first dose of Covaxin without any informed consent or a choice to say no.
Her mother was told by the teacher that Asha would not be allowed to sit in the exams without taking the vaccine.
Over the next two days her health got worse, she experienced nausea, vomiting, abdomen pain, fever, diarrhoea. She was taken from hospital to hospital, doctor to doctor in an attempt to find a treatment, but to no avail. At the end, doctors recommended her to be taken to Barwah Hospital which was 30-35 Kms away. She passed away on 5th of January on the way to Barwah hospital.
A healthy young girl passed away 2 days after taking the vaccine but the doctors had nothing to say.
