This is one tart cider. While Brut means Unsweetened, Very Dry I wasn't expecting this level of tartness. To be fair she was a bit better in the 50's than the 40's but man she is tart.
Running 6.9 for the ABV, 0 IBUs and the SRM was a beautiful light straw 1.

A Nice flavor progression, tart but balanced against the sweet this is a tasty cider.
