Nothing special here, not particularly good for the style compared to the others we've had recently.
Running 5.8 for the ABV, 25 for the IBUs and she is a bit lighter than the last couple, I'd guess about 28/30.

This brewery is local to me, drinking local is the way my friends.
The ABV is 5.5, 38 are the IBUs and the SRM by my eye is a solid 34.
She is completely serviceable, not outstanding but still a fine brew.

This is a really tasty brew. I was surprised at how well-crafted this Oktoberfest Marzen is.
Running 6.0 for the ABV, 20 for the IBUs and the SRM ( Lovibond) is best guessed as a nice rich 34.
I haven't touched any of their products since I found out they were bought out by AB-INBEV but that might be turning around. I cover the changes at the end of the vid if you're interested.

They really knocked this one together well. Not brutally malty, hopped just enough to balance beautifully.

This hefe is delicious, I only knocked .25 off because she didn't open up when she warmed up.
She is 5.4 for the ABV, the IBUs are 14 the SRM is best guessed as a rich golden orange 17.

6 days in and pushing past the halfway mark. She is showing signs of being aged out. Carbonation is light, the pour is slow and she isn't long for this world. We'll do one more tonight and I'll see if I finish her off or dedicate her to the brothers that aren't here.

5 days in and pushing the halfway mark, she is still pouring. While it's not as strong as day one she still fills the glass in about a minute.
Beer is still fully carbonated and delicious.

After 4 day and a bit over 4 pints gone she's probably 2/3's full. She did pour a bit slower today but she also wasn't jostled and is down in the 30's f range, both of which should affect the pour rate.

I took the liberty of pouring the brew pre-vid for 2 reasons.
1 its a pain in the ass while shooting the vid & 2 no sense in sloshing it around and disturbing the beer.
She's still going strong. To be fair I keep my brews cold since I like'em like that and this does affect changes over time (Delta/T). Your milage may vary but so far so good.

Local to me this brew is from Williams Az just outside of Flagstaff. Running 4.8 for the ABV, the IBUs are 18 and the SRM (lovibond) By My Eye is 8.
