Recipe.
1 1/2 cup kimchee, drained
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. grated ginger
2 pounds (950 g) chicken thighs or breast

Sesame seeds and spring onions for garnish. Tasty when served with rice

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar

Dough Recipe:
Flour 500-550 gr (3.5 cups)
Warm Water 250 ml
Yeast 9 gr
Sugar 1 tsp
Butter 90 gr (6 tbsp)
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1

For filling
Chicken 350 gr
Onion 350 gr
Potatoes 200 gr
salt and pepper


Egg yolk for brushing.

Bake for 35-40 mins at 180 C
