Bull's Strength

The trending hashtag #youtubeisoverparty is a sign of things to come. Youtube is now on a terminal path to becoming the next Myspace. This is my rant.

Youtube live stream from Saturday night. Q&A and reading comments.

In this video I talk about the major causes of Valgus collapse of the knees and what you can do to fix this before it becomes a major issue.

This video is meant to be a criticism of Mark Rippetoe's opinion on the trap bar and is covered under fair use.

Many people talk about having the right mindset towards training, but not very many break down exactly what you need to do to improve it. In this video I break down the five stages of mindset towards training. Here's a brief rundown:

Stage 0: Fat Acceptance/Sedentary Acceptance
Stage 1: Motivated To Make A Change
Stage 2: Consistently Improving
Stage 3: Disciplined And Focused
Stage 4: Competitive Focus

In this video, I go into detail about how I trained for the Atlas Stone event at the Strength Camp Challenge, without using Atlas Stones! Without having access to the right equipment, I basically reverse engineered the lift into different segments and trained each part of the lift individually.

This is NOT a preferred method for training for Atlas Stones. Obviously, the best thing to do in that regard is to get your hands on some actual stones. But if you're itching to compete in strongman and don't have the right equipment, this could be a useful guide to getting you able to lift Atlas Stones.

If you already have access to Atlas Stones, this video could be useful for giving you an idea for the kinds of accessory movements you should be doing.

This is a recap of my competition with Elliot Hulse's Strength Camp Challenge. Hope you enjoy!

This is by no means a one size fits all list of things to bring to your Strongman competition. Be sure to read the rules put out by your federation and bring only the gear you are allowed to bring. The gear you bring will be based on the events chosen for your meet.

In this video, I talk about what it takes to keep your home barbell clean, rust free, and in working order.

Bull's Strength is not just about empowering and educating on physical fitness, it's about piercing the veil and seeing the lies in the exercise industry and mainstream culture.

Lies like fat acceptance and healthy at any size are destroying the health of millions of people and must be addressed head on. We must be honest about our health, and telling yourself a blatant lie isn't doing anyone any good.
