I took a drive up into the devastated area of Vida, OR to document the aftermath of the Holiday Fire which burned over 170,000 acres. The wildfire was sparked by downed utility lines from a powerful windstorm that swept through the area knocking down trees hampering evacuations and first responders. This footage is of North Gate Creek RD which was on the outer edges of the fire zone.

When the Holiday Wildfire was fought to a stand still along McKenzie Hwy around Sept. 10, 2020, I decided to go have a look and see if I could get some interesting pictures and video with the heavy smoke. The areas I went to were open to the public still and just under a Level 2 evacutation notice. Level 2 evacution means to be ready to get out of the area within 30 minutes notice.

During my trip up there I encountered a vigilante makeshift checkpoint to combat potential looting and a random guy making sure I wasn't up to looting in another area. While I do support protecting property against looters in these emergencies, I don't support random people trying to impead movement on public roads. Trying to tell me where I can and can't go on a public road by non-law enforcement will not go over well with me and I will ignore their demands like in this video. The second encounter I have with the guy in the truck, he does it right in my opinion by stopping by and asking a few question and having a quick conversation. Good on the guy in the truck, bad on the guy at the checkpoint.

Just witnessed the other day when driving to the store. The fence and light pole there create a large blind spot so it can be difficult to see cyclists and pedestrians at times when trying to pull out of that parking lot. Since there is a high school right next to this location I've found it best to be extra cautious around this location because of the blind spots around the parking lot exits.

Things are starting to open up after the Holiday Fire rampaged east of Eugene and Springfield, OR. I decided to go see where the new road closure was at on the McKenzie Hwy. and maybe get some random video footage since cabin fever is getting to me.

While I was out spinning Pokemon GO stops for some sick relatives' kids when I heard a bunch of yelling from behind me while pulled over at the Skinner Butte Park in Eugene, OR. The short cutaway is the dashcam restarting when I turned on the car which restarts the dashcam and swapping to the front camera angle for the front video.

After the police spent about 30 to 40 minutes dealing with the situation they arrested on of the individual who supposedly threw some beer on the other person. I let the officers on the scene know that I had some dashcam footage of the event and exchanged information so I could send it to them. Needless to say, the officers on the scene were happy that someone happened to have a recording of the events that happened because they weren't getting a straight forward story from the involved parties.

I didn't have my main camcorder with me and I wasn't going to hobble out of the car and get close with the cellphone because it might have brought me into the fight.

Quick shout out to the shield bros who looked badass while we were taking fire. Now to point out some important things. There was shot directed in my general direction where I had been sitting for quite some time at this point. It seems the shots were mostly directed just to my left but I was still getting peppered with less-lethal ricochet and I was within the cone of fire for the shot that came down from above. You see me duck my head at one point and cover my face shield because there was a decent potential risk of less-lethal actually going through my face shield.

So it looks like me and the guys who were attempting to shield me from some of the less-lethal fire got shot at from the upper floors of the Federal Courthouse Monday night, Tuesday Morning. You can see the initial triple shot less-lethal come in my general direction at the start of the clip. Seconds later you can see one of the federal officials uses a laser pointer to point at the spot where they fire the second round of triple shot from the upper floors with the cone of fire being partially over the area where I am at.

The other footage of this kind of thing happening can be found here: https://youtu.be/26hua6HfDTE

I managed to catch on camera the Federal Police firing less-lethal rounds of munitions from the upper floors of the Federal Courthouse at the crowd below. From what I heard, this isn't supposed to be done because it can give the projectiles additional momentum that could make them even more lethal if they hit someone in the head. This was caught around 1-2 AM of 28-7-2020.

I'm still reviewing my recorded footage and beginning to process it for uploading. I'm also now going back over some of my other 360 footage from last night and other nights to see if I catch any other stuff being fired from up high by law enforcement.

Last night BLM got dispersed by Springfield, PD. Now they match on the mayor's house.

This is several minutes of demonstration Vantrue N4 3 Channel Dashcam through various lighting situations so you can see how well it performs. If you want to get GPS and millage information hard encoded into the video, you will need to purchase the Vantrue N4 Dash Cam GPS Receiver Module to go with it. The video files are written in a non-standard video codec so you might need to use Handbrake to change the file format in order to use it with video editing software. If you are just uploading straight to YouTube, that isn't an issue.

If you are interested in getting Vantrue N4, you can find it at this affiliate link: https://amzn.to/2DM097S

This was from earlier in the night when fences were moved to block an intersection at Madison St and SW 3rd Ave. The police came out from the Multnomah County Justice Center using large amounts of tear gas and pepper rounds to push the crowd back. After taking the intersection the police move the fencing to clear the intersection before retreating back into the justice center.

Due to YouTube data size limitations, 2K and 4K versions of this kind of videos have to be really short. 1080P versions can go a lot longer but at the cost of quality.

Most of this is boring but there are some exciting moments at the start and end of this live stream. I can't do anything about the lightness levels because of the cheap cellphone I am using to live stream with. You will have to wait until I get home to upload the HD stuff which will happen after the weekend.

Came to the local BLM protest to document and test out my slightly improved hardware setup. The camera work is crap because I have to use my arms to move and control my wheelchair. The march went just under three miles.

What is seen in this video is when the Federal Police push the crowd out on the night of 17-7-2020 make their first initial push against the protesters and rioters. The police make take a flanking action pushing people out using less-lethal munitions on the crowd. If you watch carefully you can see less lethal is aimed at the ground directly in front of me at 1:20 despite the fact I am backing up. At 1:40 you can see an officer pushing the back of my wheelchair to make me go faster which is dangerous in that wheelchair because the front wheels will catch uneven parts of the sidewalk and throw me to the ground. Around 2:30 the police line pushing the protesters overtake me.

5:05 is when I approach the rear of the police line and stop because if I keep on going I risk getting attacked by the police. I have a quick exchange with an officer who comes up behind me who signals to the other officers that I need to get through allowing me to pass through without incident.

I know a lot of people are interested in having a clearer view of that night from my perspective when the federal police stationed at the Federal Courthouse in Portland, OR pushed on the protesters and rioters on the night of 17-7-2020. This is just a quick rough render of that event and I will be uploading a both 3D and non-3D versions that show more of what happened when I get home and have the ability to properly edit footage on my desktop. The GoPro Fusion Studio software is notoriously difficult to work with and loves to crash a lot making good color quality field renders difficult on laptops.

I've made a Subscribestar if you are interested in future content-generating 3D 360 footage like what is seen here. Feel free to help throw a few bucks my way to help keep the costs of making these kinds of videos low. https://www.subscribestar.com/bunny-boots-ink

On March 28, 2018 I flew to Alaska and during my stop at SeaTac, I decided to record how deserted SeaTac was near midday when it usually this is usually the start of it's busiest traveling time. At this time frame, several states had started instituting lockdown policies and many people were now starting to rightfully fear the viral outbreak. I also make some commentary about how few people where on my plane ride from a regional airport on my way up to Alaska.

This is a 360 video and you can navigate it on a desktop web browser like Chrome and Firefox by left-clicking and holding on the video and drawing the mouse. If you are viewing on a mobile device on the YouTube App, the device should detect your devices' movement and pan around the video as you move your device.

This is a test and demonstration of the nighttime recording in an urban environment. I picked varied locations around 2:00 in the morning to give a wide range of night time recording situations. These recordings were shot at max bitrate settings at 4k 30FPS.

As for the reason I've acquired this camcorder is due to the fact my primary camcorder was lost during a bad day of pain from a medical incident and the back up is currently being sent in for extended warranty repair do to a bad drop. I was looking to gain the ability to have better night recording abilities where the Cannon Vixias don't handle all that well. While the Vixias have better optical zoom they don't have the ability to record at 4k and have limited low light and nighttime recording capabilities. Making this camera upgrade should improve potential night time recordings in the future for when I'm able to get back into the action of recording various interactions of government officials.

Onus News put out a public request to have this video mirrored do to a privacy complaint. Sometime after that point, both his mirror request and original video were removed. I'm currently reposting the video here as per his request and because the victim was from Alaska.

After the God, Open Carry and Liberty rally a lady was wearing on oversized #MAGA hat and it appears the cyclist in this video was the one who swiped it off her head. I didn't have a great point of view from where I was at.

This was caught on my GoPro Fusion camera which does 360 degrees of capturing. Yes, the angle is from wheelchair view.

My livestream coverage of the event can be seen here: https://youtu.be/pivaqaJC7QI

So the quick rundown is that the City of Springfield and I settled the civil case I brought about them for their arrest of me last year that violated my civil rights. I'm able to talk about it because a non-disclosure agreement was not part of the settlement. There is more I would like to talk about in the future but I've been busy with life and medical issues that have gotten in the way of things. I will do updates and post my back catalog of stuff as I get time to get around to them.

This channel was originally for doing civil rights exercises and holding the government accountable but now I am shifting to just documenting the world in 3D 360. I still will be doing civil rights related things and documenting them but worsening war injuries are starting to put a huge limit on what I can physically do.
