As his wounds are dressed, The Shredder can contemplate only one thing -

The ocean is a symbol of the uncharted waters that lie ahead at the beginning of any new venture.

Gazing out over the ocean often evokes a sense of wonder tinged with fear about what will emerge from its depths.

The figure holds a wand in each hand: one is tilted slightly to the right, signifying action, and the other is tilted to the left, signifying creativity.
