It looks like YouTube is censoring my subscription feed! I have reloaded the page multiple times and it stays the same. Out of all the channels I subscribe to only about 5 are being displayed. If YouTube wants to censor search results fine, it’s a dick move but fine. However these are channels that I have chosen to follow and watch.

I am re-uploading some of my older YouTube videos to populate this channel. A burrito stand in Portland Oregon has shut down after a hatchet job of an article in the Portland Mercury triggered a wave of harassment towards the owners. The article accuses the two women who owned the business of cultural appropriation. What did they “appropriate”? Tortillas, the second best selling bread product in the US.

While reading SJW articles and websites I couldn't help but notice that they seem to have a fetish for the word “folks”. They seem to go out of their way to avoid the word “people” when referring to groups of people. I did some digging and found an article explaining why. The following is a long rant/talk about this issue and the effect it has on driving change through activism in the world today.

I am re-uploading some of my older YouTube videos to populate this channel.

I needed to upload something and this is a subject that has been on my mind lately. Franchesca Ramsey is not a YouTuber. YouTube is a meritocracy, PewDiePie, Casey Neistat, Philip Defranco, JayzTwoCents, Barnacules Nerdgasm, Marques Brownlee (I watch a lot of tech channels, sue me) they started out with nothing but their content and grew subs and views from zero. YouTube is almost the opposite of traditional media where you start with writers, sets, camera crews, editors, etc. Franny here is going at it the wrong way and blaming everyone else for her own shortcomings. She has all the production quality money can buy but has crap content that no one likes. I feel that it also ties into that idea that SJWs seem to share that a creator's audience are nothing but empty vessels to be filled with ideas. It’s like they think that if they push a narrative hard enough everyone will believe it.

I now have to come to the defence of the orange ape with a combover. When Trump condemned the white supremacist violence in Charlottesville he stated that he also condemned the bad actors on the fringe left. Groups like ANTIFA that tell everyone that they support militant action. The media and many in the government immediately turned on him and feigned outrage demanding that he take it back. But the problem is, he wasn't wrong.
