Yes, this video is very blurry.
I found a DVD with this footage on it from a few TV games from the 2003 Turku Trojans National Championship season while cleaning out my office and somehow I found a laptop that still has a DVD player in it. There was already degradation loss coming from the European PAL format to NTSC, add in the video of the video, then render that and it's not too clear. At least it gives an idea though.
