Freedom fighter, Cameron Smith of Tamaterau, speaks candidly about why he believes the large signs on his property need to remain in spite of the local bylaws which only allow for one sign in a rural zone like his, to advertise a business only.
The Whangarei District Council recently advised him that according to District Plan and signs rules, (the 7+ large signs he has installed to elicit thought and wake people up), need to go. Former Director-General of Health, Ashley Bloomfield attended a C.A.T.E. conference in Whangarei on the 24th of November at Forum North, Whangarei. Loyal NZ's Jay Andrews decided to raise awareness of his crimes against the people of New Zealand, so took copies of documents from the Māori Government related to his sentencing for committing crimes in NZ and asked a police officer serving at the counter in the Whangarei station to accept them.

The cell tower this presentation focuses on, is located on the corner of Onerahi Rd and Whangarei Heads Rd and operated by Spark.
Tim Hunt wrote: "I became particularly interested in cell tower technology in early 2020, when there had been a lot of activity nationally and internationally installing new base stations/cell towers equipped with latest generation transmitters...5G. This technology formed what could be thought of as the capstone, enabling so called Smart Cities, Internet of Things, AI, Urban Radar surveillance and worse, and raised many public health and safety concerns.
I have made 2 OIA requests relating to this topic in our District.
For this study, I collected power density readings from two locations either side of the tower, one outside the dental clinic adjacent the Onerahi Primary School, the other on Hinemoa St, on a daily basis in July/Aug this year. The readings were taken with two instruments at approx the same time each day at around 4pm. Each data point is an average of 4 peak readings, each one collected over approximately 2 minutes. The peak values were recorded and plotted. ...the heavy traces, trend lines have been inserted to better illustrate the data from the Cornet meter for the two measurement locations, read against the right hand vertical axis.
The data collected from the Onerahi cell tower indicates that although the power density levels fall within the current exposure limit prescribed in NZS 2772.1 1999 of 10,000mW/m2 for general public, they are magnitudes higher than those recommended by, for example, the Bioinitiative Report, (see refs 1,2,3), prepared by an international coalition of scientists who recommended an upper limit for microwave radiation of only 1000 microwatts per square meter, or 1 mW/m2.
The RF emissions from this cell tower amount to an assault on the bodies of men and women, boys and girls who live, walk and play within range of this tower.
The NZ exposure limit is derived from guidelines set by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and ICNIRP, (International Commission on Non-Ionising Radiation Protection), agencies overwhelmingly influenced and lobbied heavily by the Telco Industry. This exposure limit is intended to protect from thermal effects only - heating, burning. It does not
protect people and living organisms from harm at the biological level and despite research proving this, our current exposure limits are based on values set more than 70 years ago. They are outdated!

I urge the Whangarei District Council, as trustees of our community, to adopt a precautionary approach to this issue and scrutinize as strongly as possible existing and new activity by Telcos on our community, for example, carrying out radiation audits before and after any new cell tower installations... On November the 23rd, water fluoridation was on the Whangarei District Council's agenda again. Listen carefully.

The Director-General of Health's directive to councils to fluoridate was found to be unlawful in the recent ruling in the case between New Health NZ and the Director-General of Health [2], and the position of the Ministry of Health has yet to be resolved.
On November the 23rd, Councillor Gavin Benney made a procedural motion that Council cease work on fluoridating Whangarei water supplies until the legal position has been clarified. There appeared to be no opposition to this.

A High Court decision issued last Friday, the 10th of November in the New Health New Zealand vs the Director General of Health (DG) case, found that the DG acted unlawfully because he had failed to consider the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act (BORA) before he mandated 14 Councils to put fluoride into their communities’ drinking water. He was required by law to consider the BORA before he issued the directives.

This makes the inappropriate back-door mandatory fluoridation of New Zealand far less likely to succeed. Fluoride Free New Zealand says the ruling by the judge that New Health New Zealand and the Ministry of Health try to reach agreement on the outcome, or the judge will make the ruling, makes suspension of the directives highly likely.

Presentation of Petition to the Whangarei District Council on Sept. 28th, 2023.
Speech notes: My name is Clare Swinney. I've been a ratepayer for 20 years. I have a M.Sc. (Hons) in clinical neuropsychology & I am concerned about the potential for fluoride to damage the brain.
I am here to present a petition that asks for your help to stop water fluoridation. Signatures were collected for only 50 days, as we realized that time was short. There are 1,091 signatories thus far, of which 143 are online. (See: https://www.petitions.nz/petition_to_stop_fluoridation_of_whangarei_water).
As we were collecting signatures, we spoke to people from diverse educational backgrounds, from different cultures, and from teenagers to the elderly. The reason most commonly offered for not wanting fluoride added to the water, was that people felt strongly that they have a right to choose what goes into their body.
Many made it apparent that they didn't think it was ethical for the government to feed them a known toxin. A large percentage of those signing the petition, whom we spoke to, were aware of fluoride's toxicity. Likewise, many were aware that the fluoride the Director-General of Health wants us to consume, is in fact hazardous waste from the phosphate fertilizer industry.
Some spoke about a fear that fluoride will poison the children and some that when it is added to the water supply, it goes to everyone, including the most vulnerable to fluoride's known toxic effects. These include the very young, those with diabetes, those with low thyroid function or kidney disorder and there's no control over the dose they receive.
A man employed in council water supply work, told us that fluoride should not be added, as it is corrosive and known to cause a weakening and erosion of the council's pipes. It will also corrode domestic copper pipes, water meters, washing machines, valves, solder fittings and hot water systems, thereby reducing their life spans, leaching toxins from pipes into drinking water and adding more of a financial burden on consumers and ratepayers.
There were a myriad of legitimate reasons offered as to why people don't want fluoride in the town's water supply and you can read a number of these on the online petition website, which I will send you all a link to today.
In order to stop the introduction of fluoride, the petition requests that this Council seek an interim injunction to stay the Director-General of Health’s directive to fluoridate the water, until a court case that is currently being decided upon, against the Director-General by an anti-fluoridation group called New Health New Zealand, has been decided upon.
In regard to this court case, there was a hearing between New Health New Zealand and the Director-General 10 days ago, which the judge is yet to give his decision on. This should be known within a few days. ( For the rest of the speech notes, email: [email protected]).

Slide 1: My name is Damian Wojcik; I am a General practitioner, a clinical metal toxicologist, a
specialist in nutrition and environmental medicine, & a forensic physician.
The purpose of this very brief 5 mins presentation is to give a short overview about
why I have formed a scientific opinion against community water fluoridation, (CWF). I
appreciate that there are 2 sides to every debate, and in the ring with me there are some
formidable heavyweight opponents; you cannot get heavier than Dr Peter Gluckman, MD,
who supports CWF. My view is a minority counter opinion.
Slide 2: Throughout medical school & my subsequent House Surgeon years, I had no reason to
question the Ministry of Health & the Dentistry position on water fluoridation as a
community good. In 1980 on a Friday morning for 6 months, I gave dental general
anaesthetics at Kaitaia hospital, so that the dental surgeon could extract severely curious
teeth, with black & brown stumps, where beautiful white teeth should have been. Clearly
the problem was too much sugar, but fluoridation seemed to be the answer. However, my
opinion slowly changed, and there were several reasons for this.
In the 1990s, I worked with the local dentist, Laurie Brett BDS, with several patients in
common. He told me that he had to repeat his final year at Dental School after writing a
research project questioning the benefits of fluoridation. I would like to publicly acknowledge the way he quietly shared fluoride science with me, and his courage in bringing the same to the wider public forum.
I read Christopher Bryson's book, "The Fluoride Deception," containing detailed references
in the history of water fluoridation in the US going back to the 1949 Manhattan Project, and some notable fluoride environmental disasters.
I became aware of Dr John Colquhoun's remarkable situation. He was the Dental Officer of
Health for Auckland district, and set off overseas on a world tour to gather information and
science with which to fluoridate the remaining regions in NZ where there was no community water fluoridation. However, when he returned he was totally opposed & publicly acknowledged the harm he had previously done by adding fluoride to water. He tried to redress this, & I believe remains as a remarkable example of scientific integrity in the history of New Zealand CWF. Of course, he became an embarrassment to his superiors and entered a premature retirement.

Educator and activist, Betty Hooper of Hikurangi, Northland, passed away peacefully at the age of 103-years old on March the 21st, 2023 at Merrivale Retirement Village.
Betty, who was born on February the 7th, 1920, touched has many people's lives. She was outspoken on a number of important issues including chemtrails, vaccine-induced injuries, that a high-sugar intake causes ADHD, that many additives in food can be harmful and that we should all be using homeopathic treatments.
A woman of great vitality, Betty had many feathers in her cap, including that she was a founding member of Grey Power in Whangarei and that she was awarded a Civic Honours from the Whangarei District Council in 2020 for giving of her time and energy selflessly for most of her life to the benefit of her communities.
It was Betty Hooper who wisely suggested that we start a chemtrails watch group in Whangarei in early-January 2010 and this led to the Northland New Zealand Chemtrails Watch website kicking off then.
She told me that she originally learned about chemtrails from a lady called Betty Rowe, whom she spent a week with on Arapawa Island in the Marlborough Sounds in 2008 because of an interest they shared in goats. Said Betty: “On my second day there she said: “Look at that,” and pointed to three long trails in the sky, running north to south and said they were “chemtrails”.
When she told me what they were, I found it hard to believe and it wouldn’t have dawned on me something was wrong unless she’d told me.”
Betty Hooper was the last person to have visited Betty Rowe on the island before she fell into a coma. Sadly, Betty Rowe passed away on May the 18th, 2008. Fortunately however, the information she imparted lives on.

On March the 17th, outspoken Christchurch colorectal surgeon, Professor Frank Frizelle called Kerre Woodham's NewsTalkZB morning and spoke candidly about what he described as the implosion of the health system.

Grant Edwards of LibertyNZ spoke to Clare Swinney of 'Northland NZ Chemtrails Watch' about the aerosolization of the atmosphere and evidence which indicates that extremes in weather are being manufactured in order to win sympathy for 'climate change' agendas.
Clare spoke about the propaganda/disinformation/misinformation around the chemtrails issue and pertinently, about the 'Kiwi Kids Cloud Identification Guide' (2009), which shows photos of chemtrails and claims falsely that they are natural cirrostratus and cirrus clouds comprised of ice crystals.
Clare also spoke about what happened during the Vietnam war between 1967-1972, the man-made flood in Lynmouth, England in 1952, and the zinc cadmium sulphide trials which led to millions of people being exposed to a carcinogen across large areas of England.
