Overlooking someone’s misunderstanding, you’ll see the fear and anger beyond it. Overlook that and you’ll see they love you still.

By overlooking the outburst of words and behavior my family inflicted on me this week and overlooking my own frustration and anger I was able to see the shape of my life more clearly.

Feel free to choose any identity you like, just maybe take it a little less seriously.

Empowerment is reacquainting yourself with capacities in mind you allowed yourself to be distracted away from and then forgot about.

You can stand in awareness in such a way as to experience peace on earth.

The practice is undertaken gently.

My concern is with life, not the smear of distortion that’s addicted to it.

There’s a place in awareness you can take a stand and pay attention in mind.

Paying attention. Noticing. Is it kind?
