Kaylee Gain a 16 year old girl was beat within an inch of her life and has remained in a coma ever since. It is unclear at this point the extent of the damage and yet her attackers family is asking for some forgiveness and compassion for the girl who did this to her!
There are currently a lot of conflicting articles out there, some stating that Kaylee was the bully and some stating that her attacker was the bully...Either way, what happened here is wrong and should never happen again.
I am not stating that I think Kaylee was the bully in this case but for those that are taking that stance just think of this......
Let's say that Kaylee was the bully in this case and the girl was just "defending herself", After the numerous kicks and punches to the head and kaylee was on the ground bleeding (no more a threat) the girl could have just gotten up and walked away. At that point she had stood up for herself enough to where her bullying would probably never happen again. Instead, she then continued the damage by getting on top of kaylee and repeatedly smashing her head onto the concrete until she was no longer moving. Which is no longer considered self defense but now moves into the charges of attempted murder especially if the "attacker" is as brilliant as her family claims!
What's WRONG is WRONG no matter how you slice it!

Obviously I know that stealing of any kind is wrong but everyday there are people in big cities going in in droves and looting the shit out of stores and no one does a damn thing about it but here you have an old man trying to feed himself and getting arrested for it. He absolutely went about it in the wrong way but this is where compassion comes into play. what do you guys think? let me know in the comments below.
the state of our country right now is like something we thought we'd never see. Once a great Country that took care of it's people, now a dumping ground for the masses in which it's citizens are very far from taken care of!

Kiely first was reported missing August 6th 2022, Lindsey and Tony moved out of the lodge and went to Grass valley in 2023 so how is it possible that Kiely would at all be associated with the address in which Lindsey and tony now live in Grass Valley?
Also curious as to why she is not listed as deceased on her background report......
