Daniel Richard has filed many lawsuits about Election Fraud in NH. He was never given the opportunity to have a hearing so he took it to the NH Supreme Court. The state failed miserably because you cannot find Truth in a bunch of lies. This case will effect many other states.

Case # 2021-0325, Daniel Richard v. Speaker of the House of Representatives et al

Daniel asserts NH citizens' constitutional rights of remonstrance, the redress of grievances with the legislature. The NH Constitution was never amended to remove these rights, which are enumerated in Articles 30, 31 and 32. The defense argues that the people's rights to be heard and considered when they want to repeal a bad law simply "fell out of favor."

Jocelyn's regular guest Daniel Richard shares the good news about his historic NH Supreme Court appeal.

Jocelyn and her guest Daniel Richard do a deep dive into Article 38 of the NH State Constitution's Bill of Rights:

[Art.] 38. [Social Virtues Inculcated.] A frequent recurrence to the fundamental principles of the constitution, and a constant adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, industry, frugality, and all the social virtues, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government; the people ought, therefore, to have a particular regard to all those principles in the choice of their officers and representatives, and they have a right to require of their lawgivers and magistrates, an exact and constant observance of them, in the formation and execution of the laws necessary for the good administration of government.

Dan & Jocelyn discuss the new voting machine remonstrance and non-delegation doctrine

Daniel Richard presents his voting machine remonstrance to NH Secretary of State David Scanlan on February 24, 2022. The document was then filed with the clerks of the House and Senate. Copies were given to the Governor and Attorney General.

Use of electronic voting machines is in violation of the NH Constitution, Part II Article 32, which requires that ballots be sorted & counted by the town moderator, selectmen and town clerk (a hand count by human beings). In 1979, the legislature enacted RSA 656:40 which allowed towns to authorize the "use of one or more electronic ballot counting devices for the counting of ballots in such city or town on a trial basis...." That trial run has lasted 43 years, without properly amending the Constitution to allow it to become the permanent, official method of counting votes.

In light of recent audits, recounts, tally discrepancies, and technical problems, the reliability of these machines is questionable. Dan's remonstrance requires the full legislature to assemble and hear this grievance. It also demands that towns immediately cease & desist the use of electronic voting machines, which are contrary and repugnant to the Constitution.
