DC stumbled out of the blocks when it came to setting up its superhero universe and competing with Marvel. Then came Wonder Woman where Gal Gadot set the screen on fire with her beauty, charm and poise. She made fans out of people who had never cared for the character. Chris Pine and Gadot had a great chemistry that saw them through some WW1 adventure and despite a lackluster ending, the movie was an astounding success. The sequel is here.
