I asked for Ethan’s complete file (because we’re going to have another UnFair hearing in few weeks) what I received was a selected in complete file all over again.

I emailed them again telling them that Despite numerous requests, SDRC has not provided me with a full and honest list of Ethan's file. They have not provided a plethora of emails, edit logs, and more - there are also discrepancies in the file between what was provided at our last hearing in 2019 and what was provided in the file this time.

Pounding the keyboard when typing with a mechanical keyboard that clicks with every letter that’s the new emerging Torture method used by OAH “judges”, Schools, IEP, IPP, etc… or whenever a parent fight for their child who has extra needs. keyboard pounding can go from 2 - 4 hours in an IEP to 4 days 7 hours a day if you have an OAH hearing.

Having an IEP meeting, any meeting and especially hearing in a communal closed intimate area requires being considerate of how these ABUSERS Violet and aggressive behavior affect those around them and especially if you have Misophonia- Allergic to sound

We all know that Different keyboard designs have different responsiveness. They make sure to type only on a mechanical noisy keyboard.

1. This is a passive-aggressive method of abuse and torture
2. The frequency and loudness of the typing signals - alerts that this “is a dangerous question”, they will type faster and harder.
3. you are unable to focus/listen/hear the people speak
4. Most importantly, they are actually allegedly writing their “decision” which was already decided in advance while from time to time pretending to listen and say something stupid or interfere with witness testimony.

Would have been nice if they just use the same energy to help our children with extra needs. This federal money 100% should be given to the children and the family who is taking care of them. Instead, the money goes to the abusers and the criminals who are acting as our brokers, giving themselves titles, and hefty salaries to justify their jobs. Our taxpayer's money goes directly to them and they use it to fight us, parents, in order for them to keep their jobs and the money for themselves.

So if a family asks for more hours, they will fight us because that’s their primary job and they know they will be protected with NO consequences for hurting families. No accountability. No Oversight, NO checks, and balances.
Parents or anyone who is fighting for their child with special needs rights have a right to Demand that they will not type during the hearing or any meeting and at least pretend to listen.

My advice is to put it in writing before any meeting and always make sure to tape the meeting. By law, you have to give them 24 hours' notice
Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Time to abolish this corrupt system and leave this abusive relationship.

“Autism, is it neurodevelopmental, it is. But the DSM 5, it is a behavioral”. According to Kimberly (Kim) Anne Gaines-Williams, a Psychologist & a decision-maker for autistic clients & in charge of the Autism Department in CA Regional Center in CA, for the past 16 years . She approved Mostly ABA vendors & providers to work with our autistic children.

The DSM 5 is generally Taught in basic psychology classes in universities. Although Kimberly has attained a PhD in psychology, her lack of knowledge and understanding of Autism is beyond appalling & scary, remember she is the decision maker for our children. She grossly misstated that autism is a behavioral disorder when in fact, in the DSM5 is neurodevelopmental. She really wanted Autism to be all about behavioral. when Gary attempted to correct her mistake, Kimberly refused to acknowledge the manual. The OAH “judge also claimed to understand the DSM5 but quickly closed further questioning on the subject, rather than recognize the error of treating a neurological disorder with behavioral methods, #ABAisAbuse.

Gary Presented the DSM 5 to Kim Gaines-Williams & asked her to read from it. She was reluctant to read & said, “which one am I reading?”

They used OAH against parents. We are all aware of this kangaroo court & their kangaroo “judges” that mostly sides with RC & is completely biased & corrupt to say the least.

Parents who just had their children diagnosed with autism, are overwhelmed and don’t know what to do. Doctors always recommend that they to go to Regional Center, which gets their funding from the government and uses it to pay hefty salaries to themselves while parents have the illusion of them helping their children “for free”. Parents trust and believe what they are told by corrupt “Professionals” & they are happy someone is going to help their children & “for free”. Remember that there is no such thing as a free lunch & your child may become worse for the “free” services. When you realize the horrific side effects of the abusive therapy ABA it’s too late, the damage is for the rest of your child’s life & your families’ lives.
