Here are the 4 things I don't like about the original 2012 Canon C100 cinema camera that I own.

The auto focus was really giving me a hard time, so bear with me there.
In case you're interested, I used the Canon SL2, Canon 17-55mm, and a terrible cheap travel tripod, and the song is from Music Bed.

A type of lighting that's used all the time in films and TV is a technique called short side lighting.
The reason it's called short side lighting, is because the light is hitting the short side of the face, the side that's facing away from the camera. Shadows then fall on the long, or broad side of the face.
The technique is simple and easy to reproduce, and here I accomplish it with just a computer screen.
This simple lighting set-up can make your work look more professional and cinematic.
