Healing after narcissistic abuse, and life after narcissistic abuse can be difficult and challenging.

Chaz is very forthright as he talks about and describes the abuses and the damage it did to him, and how he is putting his life back together.

He hopes that by sharing his story, others can recognize a narcissist and escape their abuse more quickly.
