Here is Let's Play Metal Slug episode 3. This is another episode that we had to rerecord. This is really why the conversation does not seem to carry from one episode to the next.

Here is episdoe 2 of Let's Play Metal Slug co op with Dalton. We had to record this episode, as well as two others, more than once on account of FRAPS not recording any video. If the conversation from one episode to the next is kind of confusing, that is why. Sorry about that. Anyway, enjoy and thank you for watching.

I moved away from doing Let's Plays for a long time, and I really shouldn't have. Here is the first episode of the first full Let's Play that I have recorded in over a year. Here is episode 1 of Let's Play Metal Slug. Enjoy it. Like all of the other Metal Slug Let's Plays, this is a short one.

Starting with this one and with future Let's Plays, I want the focus to be on co op Let's Plays as I think they are more entertaining to watch and listen to when I have someone to talk to instead of it just being me by myself. As such, you are going to hear a lot more Dalton in the future. I have other plans for the future of this channel as well. I talk about them in my Channel Update video, which is linked at the end of this video. Be sure to give that a watch. It is important.

This is long overdue. For more than a year now, Eric and I have been promising to do a Press the Action Button podcast on Nintendo and their various mistakes throughout the Wii U era, and it is finally here. I am so glad this is done. I am so glad I can finally move past this podcast.

By the way, we veer off topic at the end and start rambling on about the movie Avatar. I still think this is a good listen, though. Thank you for listening. I really appreciate it. Here's hoping that we will get you more regular podcasts in the future.

I have been doing Youtube for a long time. I have never gained an audience. Since I moved away from Let's Plays, my channel has become sporadic and unfocused. I have been experimenting and trying different things. I need to fix this.

I am going to start doing Let's Plays again. They will be co op, so you will hear a lot more Dalton. I am unsure of whether I will do single player Let's Plays or not. I think my co op Let's Plays are better than my single player ones, anyway.

Furthermore, I will be scripting all future reviews. Watch my Atari Jaguar review and my 10 RPGs video for an example of my work scripted. I think scripting can help my reviews get better over time.

Futhermore, I am scripting for a character instead of just being me. I am hoping this will let me inject more life into my videos and make them more interesting. The cartoon great pyrenees that is the user icon for my heavy metal channel (fsmetal( will become the main character of this channel. I commissioned and artist friend of mine to draw him with a bunch of facial expressions for use in my videos.

Podcasts are not going away, but I do believe that this will help give focus to my channel and make it better in the future. Think Shammy., Rags or Dishonored Wolf for examples of what I am talking about. Thanks for watching.

I wanted to play a little Halo 2 to see if my memory served me correctly on this game. I remember the gun sounds being very weak, just like Halo 1. I was right. The guns sound very weak in this game. This is what bothers me the most about this series. For me, it makes the weapons a lot less fun to fire. Some day. I will; probably do videos on the Halo series explaining why I am not the massive fan of them that everyone else is. I am sure that will make me a lot of fans

This was the last piece if pure raw gameplay that I uploaded to my Youtube channel, so it will be all videos with my voice in it from here on out.

Two years after the release of Call of Duty 4 around the time that Modern Warfare 2 got released, the original Modenr Warfare got ported to the Nintendo Wii with the Reflex Edition. If Call of Duty: World at War was proof that Call of Duty could be good on the Wii, Modern Warfare Reflex Edition was proof that you could port the entire Call of Duty experience to the Wii. That is what this is

There are sacrifices, obviously. This version does not run in high definition, obviously. The Wii could only display in progressive scan. It does not look anywhere near as good, and the framerate has been cut in half. The game targets 30 frames per second, and it hits that far less than World at War did. IT is not as smooth as that game was, but just about everything from that game is here. All of the multiplayer modes and hte full campaign are here.

Honestly, this is an impressive technical achievement on the Wii. Porting this game over to Nihntendo's vastly inferior hardware could not have been an easy task. A lot of love and care went into porting it all and making it all work. The devs did a relatively impressive job on this. They even got the snap aiming working.

Given just how stripped down this game was compared to it's PS3 counterpart (It is missing zombies and some multiplayer modes. I think it might be missing some levels, too), it would be easy to pass this off as a quick cash grab. This is a notion that I cannot agree with. It is pretty well optimized for the Wii with a framerate that stays at 30 most of the time and rarely dips below about 25 FPS, even when things get frantic. It controls pretty well, too. Treyarch's previous attempt with Call of Duty 3 on the Wii did not.

Honestly, there really was no excuse for Call of Duty 3 on the Wii to control as poorly as it did. It should have run just fine off of the Wii hardare. Treyarch even had a PS2 and Xbox version of 3 to build the game off of. It should have been better. Then again, it was their first time working on Nintendo's brand new console.

This, however, had no such luxury. There was no 6th gen version of this game to go off of. There was, however, a PS2 companion piece to World at War called Final Fronts that they could have simply ported over. They chose not to. They chose to make the PS3 and Xbox 360 version of the game work on the Wii. That's a much harder task to accomplish. Treyarch did an admirable job here. It runs well, and it controls pretty well, too.

If you want to know what Final Fronts looks like. I uploaded some gameplay. You can check it out here:

This game certainly is not as good as Call of Duty 2 was, but I do not think it deserved the level of hate that it got. I think the campaign is enjoyable. Do not play the Playstation 3 version if it, though. This was the game I was playing when my 60 gig PS3 bricked. Get the 360 version. It is, also, available on the PS2 and the original Xbox.

It is weird that this is a main entry in the series that never came to the PC. Someone make that happen. Someone port this game to PC. Slap it on Steam and GOG. I think you would probably make your cash back on nostalgia for it, alone. The chance to run it in 4K and 60 FPS, too.

The Medal of Honor: Allied Assault team broke off and formed their own company called Infinity Ward. Infinity Ward released a PC exclusive (at the time) shooter called Call of Duty. The series got a couple of spin off titles for the Xbox,. Playstation 2 and Gamecube in the form of Finest Hour and Big Red One, but it was inevitable that Infinity Ward would make a proper sequel at some point. That came in the form of Call of Duty 2, released for PCs and as an Xbox 360 launch title in 2005.

This game was widely praised, and for good reason. I do not like the move from health packs to regenerating health, but the level design is still great. The mission variety is good. Graphically, it is a pretty sizable leap from the first game. In a lot of ways, it takes everything the first game did and ramps it up and expands on it. Despite the later reputation for being the Michael Bay of video game series, this game actually was very good.

The first Call of Duty is on sale. I was talking about the first with Dalton, and I brought up how I had never played it. He bought it for me. I didn't ask. He just did. I appreciate it. I made it run in 1920x1080, so that's cool.

Anyway, enjoy this gameplay of the first game in the series. This is literally the very first time I have ever played this game.

Until recently. I did not even know this game existed. This is Call of Duty World at War Final Fronts. It is a Playstation 2 exclusive and a companion piece to World at War for the PS3 and Xbox 360. This was a PS2 exclusive Call of Duty game released in 2008. That is just weird to me. It was developed by Rebellion, who is best known for the Alien vs Predator games. Remember when I uploaded some footage of Alien vs Predator for the Jaguar? They developed that.

This release is bare bones man. There is the campaign, and there is nothing else. There is no multiplayer, and that is just weird for a Call of Duty game. I do not know if there are any unlockables after you beat it. This game does not display in 480P or anything. It does not have any sort of surround sound for the audio. There is only stereo. It does have wide screen, so that is nice I guess.

I might take a look at the early CoD games at some point. 1. 2. 3. Finest Hour. Big Red One. I might do this one and the PSP game Road to Victory, too. Part of me kind of misses the world war 2 era...and the other part of me knows that they were way WAY overdone and that there are other wars to explore. Give us Korea, Vietnam and World War 1 games.

Here is Call of Duty 2: Big Red One. This was a sequel to Call of Duty: Finest Hour. It was released in 2005 , less than a month after Call of Duty 2 on the Xbox 360. It was Treyarch's first Call of Duty game, and it was released for the Gamecube, Playstation 2 and Xbox.

It is a little odd to have two CoD2 games, but I like this one a lot. I think it is very overlooked, and it is a massive improvement over Finest Hour. It looks better. It sounds better. It plays better. It offers a good amount of variety in play styles.

This game takes a lot of inspiration from Band of Brothers, and it uses some actors from that series to voice characters in this game. The entire thing follows one unit throughout the game instead of having multiple campaigns. You follow the U.S. Army First Infantry Division, and, with the exception of one level, you play as the same character from beginning to end. I like this game a lot. Honestly, it might be my favorite game in the series.

Here is something that I never thought would appear on this channel. Call of Duty. I am as sick of this series as the rest of you, but I have to admit that some of the early ones are pretty fun. I remember liking 2, 3 and Big Red One.

Anyway, here is some Call of Duty: Finest Hour. this was the first console exclusive game in the series. It was develiped by Spark Unlimited and published by Activision. It was released on the Playstation 2, Xbox and Gamecube. This is the Xbox version.

I do not remember much about this game, though. I seem to recall the sound being poorly mixed and a bit mudded, and I recall it not looking particularly good, visually. I recall getting stuck on a level where you had to escort a tank through town. I remember getting frustrated because I kept getting shot by enemies that were so far away from me that I could not see them on account of the games draw distance. I, also, remember liking its direct sequel Big Red One a lot better than this.

I decided to record a little bit of Bioshock Infinite gameplay, as well. I have not played this game before, either. I played just enough the other day to make sure that my disc was working fine, so this is TECHNICALLY my second time playing it ever.

Since I recorded this, I have beaten the game. Why is this game praised for its writing? The story does not work.

Since I recorded this. I have played through the entire collection, including all story DLCs. Bioshock 2 was my favorite of the bunch, especially Minerva's Den. That DLC was so fucking good.

I found Halo 4 at a local used book store. It was on clearance for $3.00. I am not a big Halo fan, but I figured I would get that much entertainment out of it. I recorded myself playing a little bit of it. What I noticed right off the bat is that the sound on the weapons is much better than previous games. IT is a lot beefier and more badass and powerful sounding, which makes them more fun to fire. Perhaps I will have more fun with this one than I did with previous games?

Far Cry Instincts Evolution is a sequel to Far Cry Instincts, Much like Instincts, it is a console exclusive. It was developed for both the original Xbox and the Xbox 360. The 360 version was packaged with the original Instincts. You get both campaigns in high definition on one disc.

This is the only Far Cry game that is a direct sequel to another Far Cry game. It continues with the main character of Instincts and tells another story with him. Both the Xbox version and the /Xbox 360 package with the original Instincts were released on the same day.

Far Cry Instincts was was a console reworking of the original Far Cry. It was developed for the original Xbox. In order to make it work, the game was made less open ended and more linear than the original game on PC. This is the version included with Far Cry Instincts Predator for the Xbox 360. It was an enhanced port of the game bumped up to high definition and packaged with its sequel Far Cry Instincts Evolution. The original game was released in 2005, and the port was released in 2006. Instincts and Evolutions are the only two entries in the series developed exclusively for consoles, though there was an on rails shooter that came to arcades called Lost Paradise.

This is a video that I put together for my friend Bryant Chambers for his channel when he was doing a series of videos called Gamer Life. He asked for topics for discussion and video submissions. This was the video that I made. It is about how first person shooter level design regressed over the years instead of progressing. I am, mostly, still happy with it, and I decided to upload it here. Thank you for watching. I hope you enjoy my work.

This time around. I am playing Need For Speed 3: Hot Pursuit for the Playstation.

My opinion has soured on this film since this video was recorded. That film is not good.

Hello and welcome to Digital Delirium. Here you will find a variety of content, most of which is video game related. I do Let's Plays, and I do video reviews of every game that I Let's Play. I do hardware reviews when I can. I review heavy metal albums from my collection, I do the occasional podcast or video game discussion video, as well.
