In this video I will show you how to break down a chicken into quarters. This is a great way to save a lot of money on chicken. My wife and I vacuum seal and freeze our chicken parts and pull them out for dinners as we need. Here in Canada, we can buy a chicken for as cheap as 6 dollars when on sale or up to 20 for an organic larger bird. Divide that by 4 and no matter the cost you are saving valuable money by spending a few minutes butchering it yourself!
In this video, I will show you how to make a lovely pasta dish with homemade tomato sauce and handmade meatballs. For this recipe, I used venison chorizo and ground beef for the meatballs. If you have any questions, feel free to comment! Thanks for watching.
1 Can Whole Tomatoes (substitute 8-10 fresh italian tomatoes if needed)
1 Can Tomato Paste

5-10 Cloves of Garlic
1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
