Served with a side of paleo spicy mayo?

Have you ever had avocado French fries? Now, that’s a new one if you're over the age of 40. However, if you’re a millennial, the thought of avocado fries is not far-fetched. This isn’t surprising if you pay attention to food trends. Over the last couple years, avocados have had many studies where it's found that they have a lot of nutritional benefits. The fact that they a are good source of healthy fats is one of those benefits. In addition, I thought I would add a nice addition to this recipe. And that addition will be a side of tasty spicy mayo. “How in the world are we going to make breaded avocado fries?”, you may ask. Well, my loyal reader, ask no longer. Let’s go ahead and break this down.

Marinara is used for many Italian dishes like spaghetti, pizza, and so much more. Give this recipe a try and enjoy!

Utencials used:

Ninja Master Prep Chopper, Blender, Food Processor (QB900B) https://amzn.to/2J2YKqM

The Magnificent Marinara Sauce:

3 Tomatoes (or 5 roma tomatoes)

1 can of tomato paste

2 garlic cloves minced

1 Teaspoon of Italian seasoning

4 Tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley

1 Teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt.

¼ Teaspoon of pepper

1/4 Cup of white wine

Mix tomatoes. Tomato paste, garlic Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and parsley in a blender, preferably in a Ninja. Blend all ingredients until pureed. Next, heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat and sauté 1/3 cup of diced white onions with the oil until softened. Then slowly mix in marinara in the skillet stir and allow to cook for 2-5 minutes. Finally, add ½ cup of white wine in the mixture, stir frequently. Once the marinara is brought to slight boil, simmer to low heat and you are done with the magnificent marinara.

10-15 Chicken bones

1 Handful of chicken feet

1 Handful of Chicken necks

½ Onion

1 Celery stalk (Diced)

1 Handful of baby carrots

2 Garlic cloves (Minced)

2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons of Pink Himalayan Salt

1 Gallon of distilled water
