This is my take on a drunkin' chicken. This bird came out just right the white meat was still tender and juicy and the dark meat was done! This one rocked the house, so give it a try.

I cooked this brisket on Christmas day 2020. The high temp that day was 19 degrees. Lots of fresh snow, but the results were amazing! Give this one a try I know you will like it! I use high heat welding blankets in this video! DO NOT USE GMA'S QUILT!! It will burn!!

If you like a pork butt but not a big fan of the fat then the picnic is the logical choice. I smoke this one on my offset pit. Enjoy!

This a great and easy prep dinner idea! Just add some biscuits or rolls and your in food heaven. I like to break saltine crackers on mine but that's just me.

Not only is this an awesome tasting stew I do it all in the kitchen on the stove top and in the oven, including homemade biscuits on the top!
I do have another Dutch Oven stew that I make on coals in my ceramic cooker.

This is the simplest way that I have found to make juicy tender chicken. If you like a crispier skin do not cover with foil. This one is definitely worth your time!

This cook is a simple one to pull off on your smoker. You will be surprised at the great bark I get too! If you own a meat slicer it would make some awesome lunch meat.

This is a great way to make an old favorite and something different to put on the grill or in the pit! The only thing I would change in this cook is to grill the bottom of it to crisp up the bacon on the bottom.
