First of all: She's adorable and charismatic to me.
This is a fascinating conversation with a girl who lacks an internal monologue. She articulates the experience quite well.
She has a right brain and is using it to cover functions many use left brain for. Ask me how I know. I do wonder with asians tending towards usage of pictographic alphabets if this is somewhat a result there of. The only part I don't understand is why she talks out loud. Seems unnecessary and I wonder if she's just saying that to be understood. This feature overlaid on a normal left brainer would lead to babbling.
Notes
-1- I find her very attractive - not talking appearance but not negging that She looks like she might be left handed - that's generally a tell. Used right hand to express / wears watch on right arm.
-2- Right brainers are fun to get stoned with.
-3- She's not even a "bad case" of it. Have a friend who is so right brained he sort of is not functional in some ways. But take him to a patch of clover and he'll find you a four leaf clover in 3 seconds. It's like his CPU is an old 8086 with the latest Nvidia graphics processor.

A simpler way of saying it is just she is "right brain dominant" or "thinks in picto-grams". It's reasonable: take that person you know who is verbal to the detriment of their spatial reasoning and flip it opposite to high spatial reasoning and low verbal. The right brainers tend to be left handers. Scissors are made for right hander / left brainers because there are more of them. But left handed people are not nonexistent.
Had a left handed bench technician. My bench was right next to his. I'd design then when the hardware came back we'd start with a set of 5 units. I'd solve all manner of faults and hand it over to him thinking well wash my hands it's all done but boxing it up. Him being a right / brainer / lefthander - would find a fucking long list of more faults. Always blew my mind. Was certain beforehand .........
