Die Bewohner des El Paraiso Verde leben nach den von den Gründern verfassten Prinzipien des gegenseitigen Wohlwollens, der Begegnung untereinander mit Respekt und der offenen und direkten Kommunikation. Die ersten Interviews und Informationen waren in Deutsch. Daher wurden anfänglich in erster Linie Deutsche, Österreicher und Schweizer angesprochen. Ab 2020 wurden Menschen aus anglo-amerikanischen Ländern angesprochen.
Im Laufe der Zeit soll eine internationale Friedensgemeinschaft im El Paraiso Verde entstehen. Paraiso Verde ist für alle Menschen offen, die mit dem Herzen denken und fühlen. Auf einem Areal von fast 16 qkm sind eine Siedlung für bis zu 20.000 Bewohner mit einer Stadt, mehreren Dörfern und sehr viel Erholungsraum geplant. Das weitläufige Erholungsgebiet besteht aus Urwald, Seen, Kanälen und (stillen) Flüssen. El Paraiso Verde liegt am Naturschutzgebiet Ilsa Suzu. Gelegen im Herzen von Südamerika und im Herzen Paraguays – nahe der Provinzhauptstadt Caazapá – existiert das Siedlungsgebiet mit einer Gesamtgröße von 1597 Hektar (fast 16 km²). El Paraiso Verde ist mit weitem Abstand das größte Urbanisations- (Stadtentwicklungs-) und Siedlungs-Projekt Südamerikas.
