This old video does not take into account anti-missile defense. It fails to mention even old Soviet type that was installed over Moscow as part of exclusions to ABM treaty of 1972. This system was dubbed as "Crazy Ivan" by the Pentagon because it involve nuclear detonations over Moscow in order to destroy incoming enemy warheads. Today with hypersonic missiles the anti-ballistic missile defense is far more advanced. Considering all elements involved, there will not be a nuclear conflict as illustrated. It will be slaughter in US and occupied European territories.
